AYTB has a proven track record of executing construction jobs in both brown�eld and green�eld projects. We o�er a broad range of services including mechanical, electrical & instrumentation. Our teams have experience in brown�eld projects in the Kingdom using skills developed through execution of numerous projects for both local and international clients.
AYTB‘s manufacturing capabilities include multi-disciplined experienced professionals together with fabrication facilities and lay down yards in Jubail, Yanbu and Ras Al Khair. Our fabrication facilities are ASME & 9 COM Certi�ed. AYTB has succesfully executed several contracts for piping prefabrication, assembly of skids, furnaces and pipe rack modules.

Over 50 million man-hours of maintenance work provides solid evidence of AYTB’s experience, reliability and strong relationship with clients over the past 40 years. At present, Operations & Maintenance has 2500 quali�ed personnel deployed on various long-term base load maintenance contracts with SABIC A�liates and other companies.
AYTB Turnaround team works proactively with clients from planning to mobilization of facilities, equipment, tools, experienced supervision and craftsmen as per Shutdown/Turnaround requirement. AYTB has been recognized with several awards by SABIC & Aramco A�liates for exceptional performance & distinguished safety record.

The services include chemical cleaning, high pressure cleaning, bundle extraction, toxic waste vacuuming & transport, oil �ushing and cold cutting. The division has currently three operating segments; Catering; Housing & Remote Services to operate for drilling & construction sites. AYTB currently owns and operates several camps accross the Kingdom; camps in Jubail, Yanbu, Ras Alkhair, Hawiyah, Turaif, Rabigh & Safanya. AYTB Catering serves over 40,000 meals per day o�ering multi-national dishes with logistics capability serving distant locations. Recreation indoor/outdoor facilities, laundry service, mini-markets and event management are also o�ered services.
