M.G. GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI nasce nel 1981 come impresa specializzata nella realizzazione

di guarnizioni in gomma per oleodinamica e pneumatica.

L’attenzione al prodotto durante tutte le fasi di lavorazione rappresenta l’elemento portante

di questa realtà produttiva, che ha visto ampliarsi nel tempo l’offerta degli articoli

trattati, continuando a soddisfare in modo rapido ed efficace tutte le richieste

dei propri clienti.

Ampio magazzino per pronta consegna, tempestività esecutiva, ottimo rapporto

qualità/prezzo, realizzazione di campionature e piccole quantità sono i caratteri distintivi

dell’azienda, che da oltre 30 anni si propone come interlocutore privilegiato per la fornitura

di guarnizioni standard e per lo studio di soluzioni personalizzate in base alle specifiche

esigenze dei clienti, grazie alla profonda esperienza maturata in questo settore dal

titolare, il Sig. Gabriele Maffietti.

Alla produzione è riservata la maggior parte degli oltre 1.000 mq. di capannoni adibiti ad officina meccanica, dotata di un moderno

parco macchine ad elevata tecnologia per lo stampaggio e la tornitura, nella quale si

progettano e realizzano anche le attrezzature per l’esecuzione di particolari su disegno:

il magazzino ospita oltre 4.000 stampi differenti per guarnizioni a labbro, O-Ring, rondelle e

raschiatori.

Tutte le lavorazioni, dallo stampaggio alla finitura, dalla post-vulcanizzazione al

confezionamento, sono eseguite internamente, a garanzia della qualità Made in Italy dell’intera gamma degli articoli forniti.

Qualità che si riscontra anche nelle materie prime utilizzate: si producono e

commercializzano guarnizioni in FKM, FFKM, MVQ, EPDM e NBR, ed è inoltre possibile

richiedere mescole specificamente indicate per uso alimentare secondo la Food and Drug

Administration (FDA) regulation 21 Cfr 177.2600.

GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI begins its activity in 1981 and specializes in the production of rubber seals for oleodynamic and pneumatic applications.Attention to the product during all the manufacturing phases is the main concern of the company, whose range of products has become wider during the years, in order to meet all the needs of its customers.

A wide store for ready delivery, timeliness production, excellent quality/price ratio, realization of samples and small quantity productions are the distinguishing features of the company. For more than 30 years MG GUARNIZIONI INDUSTRIALI has been a privileged interlocutor for the supply of standard gaskets as well as of personalized solutions for specific requirements, thanks to the deep expertise of the owner, Mr. Gabriele Maffietti.

The main part of the premises is reserved to industrial production, operated in the workshop, equipped with modern machineries for molding and turning. Here are also realized the design and manufacturing of all the devices for the production of personalized gaskets. In store there are more than 4.000 different moulds for lip gaskets, O-Rings, bonded and wiper seals.

The whole manufacturing process, from molding to finishing, from post curing to packaging, is entirely carried out internally, to guarantee the “Made in Italy” quality of the entire range of products. The quality of our products is also identifiable in the raw materials used: FKM, FFKM, MVQ, EPDM and NBR, with the possibility to obtain compounds for specific food applications, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation 21 Cfr 177.2600.

Anelli a sezione quadrata o rettangolare utilizzati per tenute statiche in presenza di pressioni elevate. Gli articoli realizzabili coprono un’ampia gamma di misure, dagli 1,5 mm del più piccolo diametro interno fino ad un massimo di 700 mm di diametro esterno, con spessori variabili per garantire la migliore tenuta a seconda dei diversi impieghi.

Square or rectangular section rings, used as static sealing for high pressure applications. The dimensions vary from 1.5 mm of internal diameter to a maximum of 700 mm of external diameter, with variable thickness to achieve the best sealing according to the different uses.
