ORGANISATION:- SANGU Operations of (Santos) Production Services Network Bangladesh Ltd. Fouzderhat, Chittagong, and Banngladesh.Currently employed in a gas processing Plant capacity 500MMSCFD & metering handling 360 MMSCFD, ISO 14001 certified and achieved nine million man hours without LTI. Gas is imported from an offshore platform, which is then dehydrated and treated for Hydrocarbon dew pointing with the use of DCS & now we are using sixteen cylinders booster gas compressor for low pressure operations so now we are handling gas process 13 MMSCFD.

Offshore Plant monitoring, conditioning and controlling. Offshore shutdown job & breakdown job. Process isolation & de isolation job. Well intervention job. Offshore drilling job. Carry out diesel bunkering. Carry out fresh water bunkering. Carry out schedule maintenance pm & cm job. Carry out material integrity job.
Onshore Responsibilities:
Plant monitoring, conditioning and controlling. Data acquisition and report preparation. Understand process continuity and integrity basis on fluid and thermodynamics
behavior, mechanical and instrumental design principles. Provide technical assistance in trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of
mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipments. Control and monitor different parameter of all utility systems like Compressors,
Nitrogen package, Generators, Fuel gas system, Fire water systems. Carry out schedule maintenance of various pumps, blowers, control valves,
exchanger, compressors etc. Maintain all the parameters of Gas Compression System within the standard
specification. Implement and adopt the company’s HSE policies and procedures on all site and
workshop activities. Participate in incident control duties during major accident emergencies or drills. Identify and communicate personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Help/assist other department to achieve their goals such issues as KPI, ISO14001
and HSE
