The B.Witching Company was founded by Alice Bruce and her family in 1969, as a boutique manufacturer of wholesome toiletries formulated to alleviate dry skin and eczema issues. By combining Alice’s knowledge of Alchemy and a family member’s expertise as a Columbia University Chemist they quickly developed their first product, a cream infused with rosehip oil, now sold as our One-hundred Roses Therapeutic Cream.

A woman way before her time, Alice encouraged the use of herbs grown in her family’s organic gardens and they were thrifty, firm believers in “waste not, want not”. As a result, they only used recyclable and biodegradable containers when packaging their products. The business grew into a true old-fashioned family business employing many generations of the Bruce family. Alice continued to create new fragrances and handcrafted products over several decades until her later years, when the company went dormant.

In 2001, Alice’s eldest granddaughter, Barbara, along with the support of other Bruce family members, revived the company, updating everything while still remaining steadfast to their grandmother’s vision of a bath and beauty line that is wholesome

and effective. Soon, the company flourished under her leadership, and today B.Witching products are sold throughout the United States.

In keeping with our forty year tradition, B.Witching’s Award Winning bath and beauty products are uniquely formulated with the finest therapeutic botanicals, wholesome naturally-derived ingredients, essential oils and minimal preservatives. True to our patriotic values, B.Witching products continue to be manufactured in laboratories located, in the United States. Many of our products require over thirty-five steps during the crafting process - we consider this a true labor of love anyone can appreciate. Last but not least, our finished products are never tested on animals and we encourage the recycling of our simple product packaging. Above all the B.Witching Bath Company is well-known for its creative excellence and personal customer service.

About our simple product packaging:Waste not. Want not. Here at B.Witching we don’t believe in over packaging with extra boxes, fancy bows, cellophane and the like. Although many of our customers find our simply elegant, straight to the point packaging quite trendy, we believe it’s the goodness inside that sells every bottle. As a company whose founder grew up during the Great Depression, we support conservation. Our goal is to keep Mother Nature happy by not creating extra stuff that your trash company needs to dispose of. Since the very beginning our focus has been to reduce packaging and maximize the use of renewable or recyclable materials, with a special interest in reducing the flow of solid waste to landfill. We were “Green” way before it was fashionable.

Our inspiration:Each of our products is inspired by an experience. A brief moment that touched the heart of someone at our company. Maybe that event was a romantic gift of one-hundred roses, or a solitary introspective moment of gazing up into a cool crisp blue sky. Perhaps it was picking the first ripe tomato from our summer garden or running to the window to witness the first snow fall of the season. Our aspiration is to capture that moment and share the experience with our customers, so they can transform what would otherwise be a mundane task of grooming into something magical and bewitching.

How we source our ingredients:We search far and wide throughout the world to ferret out authentic ingredients that meet the high standards our customers have come to expect. Most are provided to us through long standing relationships with renowned farms that specialize in select botanicals. For example, our lavender oil and herb is provided to us from the Norfolk Lavender Farm in England. Our Tea Tree essential oil is imported from a farm located in Nambucca, Australia and our rosewater is imported from Lebanon. Each ingredient is put through a vigorous screening process before it is used in any formulation. We invite you to review our Formulation & Preservative Policy posted on our website.

Where are your products made?100% of our finished products are made here in the USA. We have strong patriotic values that run deep throughout our company. Although B.Witching began as a handcrafted toiletries company, today our products are manufactured in laboratories located in Ohio and Washington State. We stand behind our motto “All American Tradition” with products manufactured in the United States, using luxurious authentic ingredients, available at affordable everyday prices.

I’ve heard your products are used to alleviate eczema issues: Yes. Our company was founded with the formulation of our first One-hundred Roses Therapeutic Cream, designed for hypersensitive skin. Our family has used this cream for generations to assist with treating our dry, flaky and itchy eczema issues. We have been so successful with our formulas that outsiders would never even know we had a skin ailment. These lotions and creams are especially useful

during the colder months. Many of our customers have expressed the same success after using these products. So much so, customers still place pre-orders today.

About our company name:Way back in the day when the company was emerging into the twenty-first century, there was much debate among our family members, ultimately we settled on renaming the company B.Witching Bath Company. In order to dispel any mystery, here’s what it means: The “B” stands for Bruce, our family name. “Witching” is a pun on words, linked with some old family humor. Which brings us to the “Bath” part. In some areas of the world a bath is a communal place where people come together to share an experience. A bath could be a cauldron, or taking a bath is a simple act of grooming. All jokes aside, we just thought these words sounded nice together and customers liked it, so it stayed with us.

Old family photos:Many people ask about our photos. Throughout our website and marketing materials you will see real vintage photos of our family members. The main logo photo we use of a dark haired young woman held up by two other young men, is a photo of our founder along with her two brothers. We especially love this photo because it captures a whimsical moment and reminds us of a time when life was a little bit simpler.

How did you get so many celebrities in your Fan Club?We have a sincere appreciation for all our fans. Celebrities are just like everyone else, except they are more willing to let us take their photo. Look for our B.Witching Fan Club page on our retail website.

Ordering InformationOrder Minimum, Case Packs and Pricing: Our minimum wholesale order is $200.00 plus all shipping charges. Our products are sold by the case pack. If shown with a (6 pack+T) symbol the pack includes a free tester. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Handling: Orders are shipped with-in two weeks, unless otherwise requested. Our products are shipped via UPS Ground or a private transportation company. When your order is entered into our system an authorization is made to your card including the estimated maximum shipping expense. However, you are only charged for actual shipping. The actual shipping costs will be calculated and applied to your bill, when the order ships. Special delivery or pick-up options can be arranged. All orders are charged a small packing and handling fee of $5.00.

Refunds and Exchanges: Please contact our Wholesale Sales De-partment if you experience any problems or need to make a return. All products are returnable with-in 15-days of delivery.

Billing and Security: We accept the following Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Your credit card will be billed when the order ships.

Storage and Displaying Products: When you receive your shipment, we recommend that you store your products in a cool dry environment. Do not store the products in a hot storage room or dis-play any of the products in direct sunlight. UV rays can impact the appearance of natural ingredients and essential oils. Before displaying your products, remember to remove ALL packing tape and attach the provided hangtags to your bottles.

Shelf Talkers and Marketing Materials: Every order we send out includes a zip-lock packet containing hangtags, shelf talkers and recent media images. We encourage you to display these materials with your product display. Please contact us if you need additional images.
