It is the way a person thinks, functions, and relates to others.

Dominator - one who likes to control a group.
Compromiser - one who sees all sides of an issue.
Follower - one who watches, listens, and usually follows the group.
Protester - one who speaks out strongly against issues.

Authoritarian: leadership style which favors blind submission to authority.
