The contract is based on a fixed monthly fee over a 3 year period, which includes:
• Project scoping• Integration set-up• On-going support• Operating cost• Project Management
(There are no up front integration or licencing costs in addition to this)
Cost
Integration of up to an agreed maximum number of clients using the hub.
This is an end-to-end service from initial client engagement through to on-going production support.
The bank provide logistical services such as account opening and testing facilities
