dicari pada Case # 10 ini adalah menentukan „Pump Discharge Loads‟ padanodal 5 dengan menggunakan analisis fleksibilitas API 610 pada CAESAR II,

pada nosel menggunakan analisis fleksiblitas WRC 297 & dan melakukan

redesign jika terjadi beban berlebih.

Langkah-langkah pengerjaan :

Mengecek apakah operating loads and installation loads lebih kecil daribeban yang diijinkan API 610

Jika lebih kecil tidak diperlukan pengecekan tambahan dengan API 610,

namun jika lebih besar diperlukan pengecekan tambahan.

pressure surge when the turbine driven pump drops offlinedue to a bearing temperature problem. The elbow at node

45 is observed to “jump” 6 to 8 in. in the “X” direction

hammer dan pada daerah mana saja pada sistem perpipaan yang mempunyaikemungkinan terjadinya beban dinamis jenis ini. Analisis water hammer

menggunakan Time History.

Kondisi Operasi & Pembebanan :

Fluida kerja dengan massa jenis 1 Kg/m3, dengan temperatur operasi 25 0Cpada tekanan 7 Kg./sq.cm

Material pipa dari bahan : (305)API-5L B

Semua percabangan menggunakan : Welding-Tee

Fenomena water hammer terjadi pada saat Katup di nodal 170 ditutup, gaya

tekan yang terjadi : 27000 N pada arah sumbu-x.

Kondisi Operasi & Pembebanan :

Fluida kerja yang mengalir melalui pipa adalah gas hidrokarbon dengan massa jenis : 0Kg/m3, temperatur operasi : 100 0C = 212 F

Material Pipa dari bahan A106-B, dengan corrosion allowance 1.587 mm

Diameter pipa yang dipakai adalah 4, 8 & 10 in, sedang schedule pipa yang

dipergunakan adalah 40 dan 80.

Katup yang digunakan adalah klas #150 dan #600, dengan End Tipe : FLG (semua)

Tekanan rancang : 20 Kg/cm2 = 284.4669 lb/in2, cold base temperature : 20 0C = 68 F.

Pada nodal 2570-2580 adalah katup dengan rigid weight : 70 kg = 154.3234 lb
