Nursing Program as an ADN-BSN "Summer Bridge" major
through www.calstate.edu/apply. Applications are only
accepted between February 1st through March 31st.
RN to BSN Programs (Full and Part-Time)
Step 2: Apply to CSU Channel Islands & the Nursing
Program
You must simultaneously apply to CSU Channel Islands and the
Nursing Program as a RN-BSN major through
www.calstate.edu/apply. Applications are only accepted
between February 1st through March 31st.
CSU Channel Islands offers Track II programs for those who are currently enrolled in an Associate’s Degree in Nursing program or hold a RN license.
ADN to BSN "Summer Bridge":• Current enrollment in a BRN approved pre-licensure Associate
degree of Nursing program.• Earn at least a 2.50 GPA in Pre-Nursing Core courses with no grade
lower than a C.• Become GE certified.
Requirements to be met prior to joining the Nursing Program:RN to BSN programs:
• Have or be eligible to acquire a valid California RN license.• Be a graduate of a BRN approved pre-licensure Associate
degree in Nursing program from an accredited educationalinstitution.
• Earn at least a 2.50 GPA in Pre-Nursing Core courses with nograde lower than a C.
• Become GE certified.

• Evidence of physical and emotional health throughout the program
