    Enrollment Agreement

    Please take a few minutes to attentively read the following information regardingyour commitment to enroll at IFA Paris. Make sure that you fully understand andagree with all details before committing yourself. When you have decided, pleasesign the Personal declaration of the applicant located at the end of this form toconfirm your enrollment.

    1. IFA Paris is open to all applicants who possess a high schooldiploma or equivalent certification, but we reserve the right to refuseany application at our discretion.

    2. IFA Paris also reserves the right to monitor the progress of our

    students once enrolled, including the right to stop students' coursesaccording to their academic performance, ability to submit tuition, orbehavior contrary to our rules and regulations.

    3. Each academic year has two semesters. The annual fee for ourBachelor in Fashion Design and Technology is 7,500 Euros/year(Including an application fee of 200 euros). This fee covers allrequired courses to successfully complete the Bachelor program.Some extra courses may be available from time to time at an extracost.

    4. Yearly tuition fee is of 7,500 Euros/year and is paid once a year forinternational students. Students from the European Union need topay 2,500 Euros upon registration, 2,500 Euros on August 30th 2010and 2,500 Euros on December 1st.

    5. In the case of late tuition payment, there is an extra management feeof 20 euros per week late. If the student has not submitted his or herfees at the commencement of a new term, he or she will not bepermitted to attend class until tuition is submitted.

    6. If the student wishes to withdraw his or her studies before thebeginning of his or her first term, he or she needs to fill theStatement of withdrawal Form with the student and guarantorssignatures at the Academic Services Department. To receive a fullrefund of tuition, not including his or her application fee, the studentmust provide written notice to the Academic Services Department 30days before the beginning of the term. Within 30 days of thebeginning of the term, a refund is no longer possible.

    7. Students who wish to defer their studies must visit the AcademicServices Department to complete the Application for Deferment ofStudies Form at least 10 working days before the beginning of the

    semester. Students are permitted to defer their studies only after theschool grants permission. For those students postponing their studies,their academic records will be preserved for a period of two years. Ifthe student has not returned within two years, all his or her academicrecords will be canceled.

    8. Students who wish to be re-admitted to school are required tocomplete the Application for Re-admission from AcademicServices Department 10 working days before the beginning of thenew semester and are allowed to be re-admitted upon the approvalof the school. Students who resume their studies within one yearafter approval are required to pay 100 euros as a re-admission fee,and 200 euros for re-admission within two years. Students whoresume within the applied time in their withdrawal application shall

    pay the tuition according to that of the year when their withdrawalapplications were approved. For students who fail to resume withinthe applied time, tuition will be charged according to that of the yearin which their re-admission applications are approved.

    9. Following the successful completion of our 3-year Bachelor programin Fashion Design and Technology students are awarded ourdiploma whether they complete their studies in Paris or in Shanghai.Bachelor graduates are then welcome to apply to any of our graduateprograms.

    10. Courses schedule is set at the beginning of the term, butadjustments are possible if necessary. Hour reduction of courses willnot exceed 10% of the entire schedule. IFA Paris will try to adjust theschedule to ensure the continuity of courses influenced by internalfactors, such as teacher illness or accident. In the case of externalfactors, such as infectious diseases or other events beyond thecontrol of IFA Paris, IFA will attempt to adjust the course schedule tocompensate for lost classes but cannot promise the whole hours forevery course.

    11. IFA Paris will not change any assessed grades unless a mistake is

    confirmed. Students are evaluated through the semester and musttake exams when scheduled. Students who cannot attend an examwithout formally informing the school will automatically fail the exam.For those who can provide a proof of a serious reason to be missingan exam, the school can decide to organize a make up exam.

    12. Students must obey national laws and school rules (which are foundin the IFA Paris Student Handbook). Any behavior against theselaws, regulations, and school rules will be punished. Serious orrepeated infractions may result in the loss of student status. All

    punishments will be decided by IFA Paris per the guidelines found inthe IFA Paris Student Handbook.

    13. Students own the intellectual property rights to all the works, designs,pictures, grey cloth, etc. they create in the course of their studies atIFA Paris. However, IFA holds permanent usage rights of studentworks for use in teaching and marketing.

    14. IFA Paris reserves the right to modify or update any section of thisdocument without notice.

    Personal declaration of the applicant:

    I, the applicant, have read and understood all the provisions of the EnrollmentAgreement and its rules. By signing this declaration, I hereby agree to abide bythe conditions set forth in this document and recognize this documents legalstanding.
