Dear Teachers Thank you for your purchase. Below you will find a few notes to help familiarize you with this pack. Like all our interactive notebooks, each mini-lesson has a title bar that includes the theme along with a kid-friendly, standards-based I can statement, in addition to the hands-on activities. The activities can be used during whole-class lessons, or small group instruction. And to make it even easier, we have designed all of the templates so that all you need to do is print them out single-sided. With young learners in mind, we have included lots of visual supports on our templates. Also, most of the activities give the option of drawing or writing a response. Younger learners can draw simple pictures and label with words or phrases, while older learners can write a sentence or two.
