Our philosophy of education includes creating a positive environment where all students learn, excel, and flourish. We believe in encouraging problem-solving and risk-taking strategies so that students are able to reach their potential and develop higher order thinking and reasoning skills. As teachers, we work with students at their individual learning levels encouraging working cooperatively and independently thereby building self-esteem and a sense of community. We strongly believe that creating and maintaining a high level of self-esteem is key in creating a positive learning environment. Most importantly, we try to model a love of learning guiding towards academic excellence and the attainment of daily and long term goals.
