Varia.Sophora uses tubing that is twice the diameter of most frames on the market. The sleeves and connection joints are all made from solid aluminum that is computer milled to exact tolerances. As for the competition’s frames? Let’s just say: be prepared to shake rattle and roll!

We stock a wide variety of connectors and curved and straight tubing in standard sizes that allow us to create new shapes and configurations that are anything but standard! In addition, many of our frames can be converted into different shapes just by rearranging the parts or adding a few new ones. This extraordinary material features superior print quality, unbeatable opacity and a stunning bright white appearance. Arctic Weave is the perfect choice for PosterGarden’s banner stands, full-color printed table throws and runners.

LustraWeave™: Our specially engineered fabric for use with SEG display systems and backlit displays. Designed with a slight stretch, LustraWeave fits perfectly flat when installed into an SEG frame, like our Luminaria display. LustraWeave Display Fabric really shines when backlit with LED lighting. The tight weave promotes vivid printing that becomes amplified when backlit, producing a brilliant display that attracts attention. LustraWeave will get your branding noticed, and make your display vibrant.

SoftKnit™ Fabric: A full-color dye-sublimated 6.4oz fabric that is 100% polyester and is great for our Fabric PopUps and Varia.Sophora displays.

20mil Lexan®: Lexan polycarbonate is known throughout the world for its incredible toughness. This ultra high-end material is commonly used in blast shields and aerospace applications that demand a higher standard of quality and strength. Our Lexan polycarbonate graphic media is perfect for the rigors of the tradeshow world. It resists curling and is ultra-durable, dent- and scratch-resistant, stable in hot and cold temperatures, and flame retardant. Lexan also has a beautiful, high-quality matte finish.

TerraPro™: This 7mil polyester film lays completely flat even after it’s been rolled up, has an excellent white point and prints colors with amazing vibrancy. TerraPro has a gloss appearance when un-printed, and takes on a matte textured finish where our UV Curable Inks are applied.

TerraMax™: Our premium bright white 10 mil PET banner film is ideal for high quality UV printing. Thicker than standard banner films, TerraMax is both durable and curl-free, providing a sturdy banner with flat presentation surface for full-color graphics.
