• The Quality Specification will identify the correct Bag Bottom and/or Gift Enclosure file to use on specific SKU.

• The cardback generic file may be viewed or opened by clicking on the correct file on the

web site (http://pgw.hallmark.com).

GREEN STATEMENT

The following statement should be used and stripped in by vendor when applicable to product.

It should be placed as shown on bottom of bag and blocked out to stock color.

CUSTOM CARDBACK When a custom cardback is required, it will be provided by Hallmark Kansas City in the bid

package. The Quality Specification cardback field will be designated “Hallmark Provided”.

TRACKING DATE CODE The tracking date code is the month and year. It has not legal font type or size assigned to it

and can be placed anywhere on the format as desired. The suggested font and size is HELV

5 pt.

Information will be provided on the Quality Spec as shown in sample below and also on the

Quality page where it will be validated.
