Film Types and Bespoke MaterialsA vast number of film types can be made to optimise operational performance for your application. Static levels, stiffness, strength, winding tension and slip levels are some of the factors that can greatly affect the performance of the film you use. We can adjust these properties and develop bespoke films to maximise your output and minimise your packaging costs.

We can also change the film density; HDPE, MDPE and LDPE are all options which you can choose from as well as completely changing the material itself. Polyprop films, metallised films and laminated films can all be manufactured to provide a film that

truly works better and saves you money.

Printing & Film ColoursWhen it comes to colours and printing we can really get creative. Many different tint levels can be used with almost any pantone colour to provide a rainbow of film colours from light tints to absolutely opaque.Printing can be done in line with extruding which is more cost-effective but can only be spot colour printing and logos. Alternatively we can offer printing quality up to full colour process print CMYK and 2 spot colour giving you a full spectrum of options to fit your required image and budget.

Presentation Shrink Film MachinesOur new range of Chamber Shrink Wrappers offers the very best in heat shrinking technology. All models seal and shrink in one operation using centre-fold shrink films with very low energy consumption and come with some of the most advanced features possible with electronic controls. The film is kept open around the product loading tray. The operator then easily inserts the product and moves it along with the film to the sealing position and brings down the hood to initiate the sealing process.
