DESCRIPTIONS & APPLICATIONS

Pre-cooked and dehydrated dry beans are washed, blanched, and cooked using the same time-tested methods as home kitchens. Ourdehydrated product can be packaged in bulk, saving storage and transportation costs.

Packaged in foodservice pre-measured “dump-and-go” packages or ingredient bulk bags for processing, these products come ready toadd boiling water, heat, hold, and serve/use. No more rinsing beans! No more working from scratch!

Add dry beans whole, in pieces, or in smaller grits to dips, soups, and sauces for nutrition, natural color, and great flavor. This whole-foodsource of protein and fiber is rehydrated and ready for any application in 5-20 minutes or can be added without rehydrating to act as a product thickener. Pieces and grits come in a variety of textures, sizes, and colors to meet every product need.

As meat binders, ground dry bean products into beef patties, sausage, vegetarian foods. As side dishes, the refried noodles add flavor, color, and variety to traditional dishes. Noodles are simply pressed whole beans with all the nutrative value of a whole grain legume. Sprinklethem onto salads for added protein.

Bean powders add variety, nutrition, and natural color. They are easy to use and work in almost every application. Replace flours in breads, cakes, doughs, cookies, macaroni, pizza crust, tortillas, pancakes, and dry mixes. They also act as product thickeners for soups, dips, andpastes. From chef to extrusion expert, everybody will love working with this product!

d-Alpha-Tocopherold-alpha-tocopherol is the form of tocopherol that is better retained in human tissues. It is the only form of alpha-tocopherol found in nature. The low viscosity and high concentration make d-alpha-tocopherol ideal for soft gel capsules.
