BALE NETWRAP

Netzwerk premium is one of the best solutions for perfect

round bale wraps (2-3 turns to make it a perfect bale). It

provides you with full, consistent and uniform bale coverage

while achieving a fast baling process. Our net is suitable for

all crops (hay, straw, silage) under all weather conditions.

A unique quality certificate for our net in the form of an

official recommendation by the DLG (German Farming

Association) which we received in 1999 was renewed in

August 2003 by passing the Signum-Test. Our net was tes-

ted on all saleable balers worldwide as well as checked for

technical specifications. You will find more details in our

DLG report No. 5179 (www.dlg-test.de).

In addition to Netzwerk premium we offer a wide range

of bale netwrap products in order to satisfy the needs of

all customers. Such products are customized in order

to fit and satisfy the needs of individual customers.

ANTI BIRD NETTING

Anti bird nettings are mainly used for protection

against harmful birds. The Bird Nettings can easily

be fixed on beds, trees, bushes etc. and can be

used for several seasons. The nettings are supplied

in pre packs as well as on rolls.

All types of nettings are available in standard sizes:

5 x 2 m, 5 x 4 m, 10 x 2 m, 10 x 4 m and 8 x 8 m.

On request we will inform you about the sizes of

nettings on rolls.

Rational Fine-meshed HDPE poly tape, 6gr

approx., size of meshes approx. 10 x 10 mm, light-

green; protects salad beds, new plants and berry

bushes.

Total Wide-meshed HDPE poly tape, 7gr ap-

prox., size of meshes approx. 25 x 25 mm, dark

green; more solid alternative to fine-meshed net-

tings, especially suitable for fruit trees.

Special Wide-meshed HDPE poly tape, 15gr

approx., size of meshes approx. 25 x 25 mm, dark

green; professional quality, extra strong, UV-stabilised.

CHRISTMAS TREE NETTING

The net is delivered on a cardboard liner in the sizes

specified below. For easy identification the product

type is colour coded, on the label as well as on the

starting point of the sleeve. We can provide you with

the answer to any question that may arrise at gro-

wer or dealer level. Through our long experience in

CHRISTMAS TREE PACKAGING MACHINE

An additional part of the range are our packaging

machines. These have a very long life expectancy

through their solid construction.

Our standard machine is made from strong galva-

nised sheet steel. Coloured two-part frame and two-

part tube for easy handling and storage, including

a breaking system and a net cutter. Available in the

following tube diameters 25 cm, 34 cm, 45 cm,

and 55 cm.

Manufactured with monofilament threads. Our

premium product which has been established

over 22 years and which meets the highest spe-

cifications. Recommended by growers for the

strong tensile strength, problem free running on

automatic packaging machines and a high frost

resistance. The wide diamond mesh construc-

tion leaves the tree the chance to breath and will

let water onto the packed tree, which is impor-

tant for longer term storage. We guarantee the

highest possible output with the lowest waste.

LZ-TAPE NETTING

Manufactured from Hostalen

Strip. A strong quality product

which is either useable for au-

tomatic packaging or on normal

hand packaging machines.

A small mesh construction gua-

rantees perfect transport protec-

tion for the top branches of the

tree because of a very tight pa-

ckaging. Recommended for the

well known Nordmann pines.
