In the first step they can choose the color

The next step enables to print any kind of picture or design on it

It’s also possible to share Designs with the BallIDcommunity, in Case some users like to have designs from others on their balls

As the location of production we decided to source the

manufacture of our balls out to India

The headquarter is going to be in Munich, because it’s a city

which focuses on sports very strongly

The Items are going to be sold by the Internet

The best case would be an office next to a sport association

Euros, Employees and Webdesigners need about

In average it takes about 5€ to produce one Ball in India

One Ball is going to be sold for 55€ on our Platform

We need to sell 260 Balls per month

There are no days of shut down in the Internet, so we can sell

30 days per month. We need to sell about 9 balls per day to be

successful with out project.

STRENGHTS: good salary, there isn’t a lot of competition and

it is great for people who like sports.

WEAKNESSES: expenses(rent) , online problems and no

experience.

OPPORTUNITIES: growing company and meeting with other

business people

THREATS: No customers, to less money vor advertisement

The best financial situation for BallID would a partnership so liability is unlimited as we are the owners. But it is easier to take a loan from the bank.

We also have the possibility to collect money from investors who are willing to lend us money and that their liability is limited to the amount of capital that they are willing to give.
