The north coast provides some of the most spectacular and rugged coastal scenery in Cornwall where the Atlantic meets high cliffs, along which runs the South West Coast Path which is within easy reach of Little Petherick. There are several golf courses in the area, notably at St Enodoc and the championship golf course at Constantine Bay along the coast to the north east of Little Petherick. The area is renowned for waters sports, with the sheltered waters of the Camel Estuary providing safe bathing waters, creeks to explore by kayak, water skiing and wakeboarding, sailing and windsurfing. There are many expansive beaches along the north coast together along with smaller coves that all provide wonderful surfing opportunities and Daymer Bay at the south of the Camel Estuary is known as a kite surfing mecca. Directions On the A39 Atlantic Highway turn left at Winnards Perch roundabout signposted towards Padstow. Stay on this road and then follow the sign to Little Petherick turning right and heading down the hill. Towards the bottom of the hill turn right onto an unmarked lane next to a white wash cottage (after Rosehill) follow the road up on the right hand side and Ballaminers House will be found at the top on the right.
