COMPANY DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY
The Armored Group, LLC (TAG) began in 1992 with one customer, a single focus and one goal. TAG focused exclusively on the
Cash-In-Transit (CIT) business and our goal was: To regard each client with the highest level of respect by delivering to them the
ultimate in safety within every vehicle we build.
TAG maintained the flexibility that would ensure each client’s needs would be met individually. In this we have found our greatest
success.
Upon establishing ourselves as a leading builder of Cash-In-Transit vehicles in America we moved forward with our efforts. The
focus was expanded into two other distinct markets.
First, Law Enforcement as it pertains to SWAT focused tactical vehicle manufacturing.
Second, high-end passenger vehicles and SUVs for private and corporate clients.
TAG was eventually awarded a long-term contract to armor the Toyota Land Cruiser for the United Nations (UN), we were
compelled to leap into the international market with open arms.
TAG has armoring facilities in several countries and can compete on Price, Quality, and Delivery time with through this “in
country” presence . TAG has proven, our world class engineering, design and build teams have the capability and experience to design
and build anything from an armored pick-up truck to a million dollar MRAP, and continue to maintain the high standards and flexibility
that made TAG an industry leader.
Our global company is specialized in developing and marketing armored vehicles in both the United States and International
markets. TAG sales and servicing locations have been established in multiple countries allowing us to react to the needs of our
customers. Through sharing knowledge between our production factories, sales, and servicing locations, we can stay abreast of new
and changing technology as well as safety and security issues.
We take pride in our ability to make the rapid changes necessary to fit the needs of our customers and continue to provide protection designed and built to fit your needs and exceed your expectations.

The Armored Group, LLC has vehicles in use by individuals, corporations, and governmental agencies around the world. Recently we were awarded a contract to provide armored vehicles for The Department for Homeland Security. The Station Commanding Officer was very impressed with our vehicles when compared to previous armored vehicles he had acquired. The quality of The Armored Group vehicles compelled him to take the time to document a comparison between The Armored Group vehicle and the vehicles previously provided by a competitor. Below are the photos taken and the written acknowledgement of the significant differences that could be readily observed.
Consider that if the visual differences documented below are this significant, what concerns do you have with the armoring you cannot see?

On behalf of the Department of the Army Civilian Police and the Director of Emergency Services Fort Knox I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Armor Group! The BATT-AP that our agency purchased on July 2011 has far exceeded our expectations. The vehicle has numerous capabilities and protection levels have impressed entire our chain of command. And take my word for it when I say that is no easy feat to accomplish with these seasoned combat veterans of multiple conflicts. The Fort Knox community is much safer with this unique piece of equipment; in the hands of our skilled SRT Operators. Today's changing threat to the public is frightening to say the least. However, DES needed a SUPERIOR Special Response Team truck that was quick, nimble and tough enough to respond to a national security threat on our installation should that occur. Needles to mention, OUR BATT has become the envy of several agencies in our region. We are looking forward to the select upgrades that we have purchased that will give us an even more advanced tactical edge against Terrorists. Bottom Line: The BATT-AP was chosen to meet our stringent build requirements and it proves itself on a daily basis protecting Americas Warriors and their families! Criminals Beware, RONALD P.
