•  Main Sponsor: One company as the central partner for all BYP activities – the classic music program as well as educational projects

•  Tour Sponsor: One company as the exclusive partner for the entire concert tour throughout the year

•  Project Sponsor: Companies closely associated with all educational projects conducted by BYP

•  Concert Sponsor: Companies will exclusively present their “own” concert and be integrated in the promotion of the concert

General package

•  Genuine partnership also needs to be communicated appropriately

•  Besides tailor-made joint projects which the BYP can realise together with you, there are of course certain standards which come along with a BYP sponsorship

  Title and positioning according to sponsorship agreement throughout the year

  Logo on BYP promotional materials and website

  Tickets for BYP concerts throughout the year

  Use of title and BYP logo in internal and external communications activities of your company

  Documentation and evaluation of BYP season (e.g. audience per concert, media coverage)

  Special offers and arrangements possible tailored to your needs and expectations

One company as the central partner for all BYP activities •  Exclusive title and exclusive positioning as “Main Sponsor” throughout the year

•  Prominent positioning of logo with title “Main Sponsor” on posters and any other promotional material (e.g. specific concert posters produced by the BYP directly, bags, roll-ups, tour program)

•  Prominent positioning of logo with title “Main Sponsor” on BYP website homepage and in section “Support/Partners” with company portrait and link to company homepage

•  Tickets for each BYP concert throughout the year (amount of tickets to be agreed per concert)

•  Editorial page on company as “Main Sponsor” in tour program

•  Mentioning with title “Main Sponsor” in “Notes to editors” section of all BYP press releases

•  500 CDs of the annual CD/DVD box set including prominent positioning of logo with title ”Main Sponsor” in booklet and on cover

•  Rights of use for BYP concert photo materials

•  Up to 25 tickets for each BYP concert throughout the year (additional tickets for selected concerts possible)

•  Up to 100 tickets for sponsored concert •  “Meet & Greet” – Participation of Conductor, Soloist and selected

musicians at company reception followed by the presented concert including a small (please note that the organisation of and costs for such a reception is the responsibility of the company)
