Here is a "Possession Certificate" of an alleged original Promissory Note under Florida Statute 702.015(4) from Bank of America, N.A. (BANA) in response to a homeowner's Qualified Written Request. The homeowner had requested that Bank of America confirm that they are in possession of the "original" mortgage Note. This is what Bank of America sent them, not once but three times. In this particular case, the loan was originated by Taylor, Bean & Whitaker who fraudulently multi-pledged multiple loans (including this one), securitized and destroyed "original" notes. The so-called "original" Note was also fraudulently endorsed.
