CASE STUDY:
Recently we were having our battery issue because someone was trying to steal it and
the broke the plugs.
So I have to interfere because we are having account for our expenses and I have to take
the decision whether to replace or fix it.

FOR YOURS NEW EMPLOYEES?
• Yes we conduct training plans.
• JS bank conduct these training program.
• There are both 3 months and 6 months training programs.

• Yes I properly motivate my employees.
• Recently I submitted there reports in which I have given all of them PL1 category in
banking words we can say (highest grade and it means A+ grade).

• No because it is in bank own policy.
• In form of increments.
• I can only write a good report of any employee.
• I personally received 52 thousand bonus last year and increment of 8.5 percent.

• Depends on nature of mistake.

CASE STUDY:
In 2013 at closing of day Rs 50000 cash was missing and this is a kind of mistake that
cannot be neglected.
In this type of scenario there are only two options.
