kya jinke pas abhi OBCcertificate nhi hai,(banwane mebhi normally 20 din se jyada hilagte hai mean 01-09-14 ke badhi issue hoga)

kar sakte hain uska matlab hai kitumhara obc ka certificate 1-09-14 tak 1 saal ke ander ho yaani kiagar tumhara certificate 1-09-2013 ke baad ka hai to valid haiyani ki interview se pehle kabhika bhi ho par 1-9-2013 ke baadka hona chahiye agar uske pehleka hai to invalid hai
