TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENCORE is responsible for hanging of all signage within the RIO Pavilion Convention Center.

Orders must be received 15-days prior to delivery date or a 30% surcharge will be added.

Written cancellation of equipment and services must be received by Encore Productions 48-hours prior to delivery time or a cancellation charge of 50% of original order will be applied. All On-site cancellations will be charged 100% of original order.

Display or exhibitor's on-site representative may supervise these activities.

Sign must include blueprints or drawings with detailed information which, must include orientation in booth, pick points for hanging, weight of signage and must be submitted five (5) days prior to event.

Electrical signs must be in working order, structurally sound and in accordance with national electrical codes and regulations.

Client is responsible for all hardware and assembly of signage unless otherwise contracted in writing.

The RIO has fixed ceiling rig points. To center signs above booth we may have to build a truss structure to accommodate location at

additional charge. All Banners / Hanging Signs not picked up after the event will be held by Encore for 24 hours, after which, they will be disposed of properly.

Note: You should contact your general service contractor for shipping instructions for all hanging signs.

STRAIGHT TIME @ $99.00 per hour

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm OVERTIME @ $148.50 per hour

After 8 hours DOUBLETIME @ $198.00 per hour

After 12 hours TWO RIGGER FOUR HOUR MINIMUM ON ALL ORDERS

CANCELLATIONS: written cancellation of ordered equipment and services must be received 48 hours prior to delivery. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge to your credit card.

LABOR: Labor between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday will be at the straight time labor rate. Labor before 8:00am and after 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and all Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be at the overtime rate. A minimum labor charge per booth on 1/2 hour for installation and dismantle will apply to all booths ordering lighting. A scaled floor plan is needed in order to

proceed for orders with multiple outlet locations and/or island booths.

Setup/Disconnect Labor dates/times are based on the load-in schedule (and space availability) for your event. Encore does not control the event schedule for your event and therefore cannot control if setup/disconnect is during straight time or overtime hours.

Terms and Conditions:

1.) Acceptance of terms: Client expressly acknowledges by receipt of services and/or products delivered by Encore Event Technologies to Client or its designee, to the terms and conditions herein contained.

2.) If an uninterrupted power supply is required for the full duration of the show, please order 24 hour power. An example would include a computer server that cannot be powered down overnight and/or other equipment that must remain on throughout the show.

3.) A scaled floor plan is required for orders with multiple outlet locations and/or island booths. If a power location in an island booth is not provided prior to show move-in, a location will be determined by Encore in order to maintain deliver schedules. Relocation of the service will be charged on a time and material basis.

4.) Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to disconnect any equipment that is found to be causing overall electrical problems without offering any refunds for services that have been disconnected.

5.) Client agrees not to share, resell, extend, bridge or otherwise misuse Encore Event Technologies connections and/or services. Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to disconnect any client found to have violated this usage agreement.

6.) Outlet prices for 120 Volt power include delivery of the service to one location at the rear of your booth. If you require outlets in other locations, have lights or electrical items to hang or erect, or have other electrical requirements, additional electrical labor will be required. Specific service location is defined as the area in the booth/room designated by the client.

7.) Encore Event Technologies is not responsible for cable and/or equipment provided by the client or any third party.

8.) Modification: This agreement shall not be amended by the parties except by written instrument signed by both parties.

9.) Choice of Law: This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada. In event of litigation, the place of venue shall be in the county of Clark in the State of Nevada.

10.) Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreements between the parties hereto the within subject matter, and there are no representations, agreements, or understandings, oral or written, between and among the parties hereto relating to the subject matter of this agreement which are not fully expressed hereinthis agreement which are not fully expressed herein.

11.) Facsimile Signatures: Signatures sent/received via facsimile shall be considered as originals, and as such are valid signatures.

12.) Equipment Responsibility: Client fully understands and accepts complete responsibility for all equipment leased to Client. Such responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, damage, any necessary repairs, replacement of equipment not capable of being repaired to a fully functional status, loss of equipment, loss of income, and all other forms of loss or damage. All equipment, accessories, cables, knobs, switches and cases are included in equipment responsibility.

13.) Equipment procedures: a) Exhibitors will be responsible for the protection of any equipment rented from Encore Event Technologies and will ensure that all equipment is returned to Encore Event Technologies. Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to charge the customer for any lost equipment. b) Rental equipment provided by Encore Event Technologies for this order will remain the property of Encore Event Technologies. c) Only Encore Event Technologies personnel are authorized to modify system wiring or cabling within the facility. d) All equipment must comply

14.) Cancellation Policy: A 10% fee will be applied to orders canceled between the date the order is placed, and the install date. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for orders cancelled after installation has begun.

15.) Claims will not be considered, or adjustments made, unless filed in writing, by Exhibitor, prior to the close of the event.

16.) Encore Event Technologies does not provide an expressed or implied warranty for the equipment and services provided, including no warrant of fitness for particular purpose or merchantability. Part of the Agreement with Encore Event Technologies is a limitation of liability so that Client's sole remedy or recourse against Encore Event Technologies shall be the return of the price that the Client paid for services and/or equipment rental, regardless of type, nature or basis for the claim. Encore Event Technologies shall have no liability whatsoever for personal injury, property damage, business loss, business interruption, consequential or punitive damages.

6.) Outlet prices for 120 Volt power include delivery of the service to one location at the rear of your booth. If you require outlets in other locations, have lights or electrical items to hang or erect, or have other electrical requirements, additional electrical labor will be required. Specific service location is defined as the area in the booth/room designated by the client.

15.) Claims will not be considered, or adjustments made, unless filed in writing, by Exhibitor, prior to the close of the event.

8.) Modification: This agreement shall not be amended by the parties except by written instrument signed by both parties.

9.) Choice of Law: This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada. In event of litigation, the place of venue shall be in the county of Clark in the State of Nevada.

10.) Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreements between the parties hereto the within subject matter, and there are no representations, agreements, or understandings, oral or written, between and among the parties hereto relating to the subject matter of this agreement which are not fully expressed herein.

12.) Equipment Responsibility: Client fully understands and accepts complete responsibility for all equipment leased to Client. Such responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, damage, any necessary repairs, replacement of equipment not capable of being repaired to a fully functional status, loss of equipment, loss of income, and all other forms of loss or damage. All equipment, accessories, remote controls, cables, knobs, switches and cases are included in equipment responsibility.

13.) Equipment procedures: a) Exhibitors will be responsible for the protection of any equipment rented from Encore Event Technologies and will ensure that all equipment is returned to Encore Event Technologies. Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to charge the customer for any lost equipment. b) Rental equipment provided by Encore Event Technologies for this order will remain the property of Encore Event Technologies. c) Only Encore Event Technologies personnel are authorized to modify system wiring or cabling within the facility. d) All equipment must comply with F.C.C. Regulations.

4.) Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to disconnect any equipment that is found to be causing overall network problems without offering any refunds for services that have been disconnected.

1.) Acceptance of terms: Client expressly acknowledges by receipt of services and/or products delivered by Encore Event Technologies to Client or its designee, to the terms and conditions herein contained.

2.) Every device connected to the Internet/Network must have a purchased IP address from Encore Event Technologies, regardless of whether the IP address is actually used or not.

3.) Servers and/or Routers of any type are allowed only on an Event Connect order. No Servers or Routers are allowed on Basic Connect, Basic Connect Plus, or Room Connect orders, including, but not limited to NAT, DHCP and Proxy Servers.

11.) Facsimile Signatures: Signatures sent/received via facsimile shall be considered as originals, and as such are valid signatures.

5.) Client agrees not to share, resell, extend, bridge or otherwise misuse Encore Event Technologies connections and/or services. Encore Event Technologies reserves the right to disconnect any client found to have violated this usage agreement.

6.) Specific service location is defined as the area in the booth/room designated by the client. Service extended beyond rooms, air walls, doorways, walkways or 50' distance from the drop point will require an additional location and incur an additional fee.

7.) Encore Event Technologies is not responsible for cable and/or equipment provided by the client or any third party.

NO Customer provided access points are authorized for use within the Facility without Encore Event Technologies’ prior approval (wireless access points without adjustable power outputs cannot be authorized under any circumstances). Customer(s) who attempt to set up their own wireless system can interfere with the facilities and/or Encore Event Technologies Wireless Network. Encore Event Technologies requires all Customers showcasing their wireless products to contact Encore Event Technologies no less than 14 days prior to the show move-in so that we may engineer a cohesive network operating without interference. Approvals may incur a site survey fee.

Wireless Internet service is inherently vulnerable to interference from other devices that transmit similar radio frequency signals or that operate within the same frequency spectrum. Encore Event Technologies cannot guarantee that interference will not occur. Encore Event Technologies does NOT recommend wireless service for mission critical services such as product presentation or demos. For demonstrations or to present products and other mission critical activity, via the Internet, Encore Event Technologies highly recommends Customer(s) purchase hardwired services such as a Room/Booth Connect or Event Connect. 5.) Exhibitors are encouraged to make their booth connections within their booth. The standard connector for compressed air outlets is a 1/4" AMFLO-C1 connector, the standard connector for water is 1/3" FIP connector. However, no modifications to facility system or equipment is allowed. Exhibitors who are in violation of this will be charged an hourly service charge to repair system or equipment.

6.) Special equipment requiring company engineering or technicians for assembly, servicing, preparatory work and operation may be executed without the presence of the plumbing contractor personnel. However, plumbing personnel must make the service connections to such equipment.

8.) Unless otherwise directed, in writing by exhibitor or its representative, plumbing contractor personnel may be required to cut floor coverings to permit installation of service.

10.) Due to the portable nature of the air lines at the facility, we recommend that exhibitors supply a filter or other equipment to limit the moisture or water in lines.

12.) All utility outlets include up to fifty feet (50') of accomplished distance. Use of additional footage or equipment will be charged at the prevailing labor and material rates.

17.) Neither the facility, Encore Event Technologies nor their contractors or subcontractors are responsible for impurities or discoloration in exhibit water or compressed gas supply.

15.) A separate connection fee will be made for each piece of equipment using connected service, whether connected direct or otherwise. The volume required will determine service outlet size.

Rio All-Suite Hotel & CasinoEVENT POWER GUILDELINES

Electrical Services is an Exclusive Service of the Rio. All Electrical service must be distributed and installed by Encore Productions. The base rate for an electrician is $96.00/hr. 4-hour min. and overtime ($144.00) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($192.00) billed after the 12th hour. Regular Time rates are based on the load-in/load-out occurring between the hours of 7am-4:59pm Monday-Friday. Overtime rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm on Saturday and Sundays. Double-time rates will apply between the hours of 12:00am-7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, including all holidays. Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the required minimums. Socapex tie-ins are available for rental at a rate of $150.00 per tie-in/per day. A rigger is required to do the install and disconnect from the ceiling. Tie-ins are only available in the Pavilion, Brasilia and Amazon Ballrooms. Tie-in’s do not include socapex fan-in’s/fan-out’s. Stage-pin hot patches are available for rental at a rate of $50.00 per tie-in/per day. Cables are only permitted to be dropped from the Pavilion catwalks into the following rooms/areas: Pavilion Stage, Pavilion 9, Pavilion 6 and Pavilion 2. All cables run in the catwalks must be run in an orderly fashion. The Pavilion catwalk is not an exclusive space. Cable ramps are required for all cables crossing catwalk walkways, back hall walkways & outdoor areas. Camlok cabling is available to rental. Rio All-Suite Hotel & CasinoRIGGING SERVICES GUILDELINES

Rigging is an Exclusive Service of the Rio. For events that require rigging services a request must be submitted with a scaled rigging plot 30 days prior to load-in. Three riggers, two high and one ground, are required for both load in and load out of all equipment that is to be hung in or attached to the ceiling Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the required minimums. All rigging equipment (i.e. truss, chain motors, span sets, shackles, steel, deck chain etc.) is to be supplied by Encore Productions. A Rigging point is dictated as each location a chain or hanger is attached to the ceiling or grid. Rigging point charges do not apply to points where chain motors are attached. Cable pick points are dictated as each location a cable is attached to the ceiling or grid. A maximum of 8’ between each pick point with a cable bundle no larger than 4 socapex cables is permitted. Scissor Lift rentals are an Exclusive Service of the Rio. All scissor lifts need to be ordered through Encore Productions and operated by Encore personnel.

A charge of $275 per event will be assessed for a comprehensive safety review by our Rigging Supervisor. This review will verify point load calculations, staffing needs, equipment needs, and support to provide feedback on the initial rigging plot. Events scheduled with less than 30 days notice will incur additional charges that include rigging labor billed at double-time labor rates and the Rigging Plot review charge being billed at $395 per event. Rigging plots must contain all flown equipment in addition to a reflective ceiling plan with hang points. All drawings must be received via email in .pdf and .dwg format.

Encore Productions manages and oversees all Audio Visual vendors and Production companies providing services within the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. In an effort to ensure that our liability needs are protected and that quality standards are maintained, Encore Productions oversees the proper operation and care of our facility and equipment by local and national vendors. We have established the following as conditions that must be substantiated and received prior to your event at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

• All Production companies must provide to Encore Productions a detailed Schedule of Events, 30 days prior to the load-in of the event. This document shall include accurate dates and times of the show load in and load out, rehearsal schedule, fire watch schedule, show schedule, and electrical install and removal times. Any Production company using theatrical smoke, pyrotechnics or lasers, must notify the group’s Convention Services Manager, 30 days in advance in order to make proper arrangements with Hotel Security and the local Fire Marshall. Contact you group’s Convention Services Manager for details. Encore Production’s contract(s) must be signed and returned to Encore Productions30 days prior to show load-in. Contracts signed and returned less than 30 days will be revised with late electrical pricing (rack + 50%) and double-time labor rates.

For events that require rigging services a request must be submitted with a scaled rigging plot 30 days prior to load-in.

A charge of $275 per event will be assessed for a comprehensive safety review by our Rigging Supervisor. This review will verify point load calculations, staffing needs, equipment needs, and support to provide feedback on the initial rigging plot. Events scheduled with less than 30 days notice will incur additional charges that include rigging labor billed at double-time labor rates and the Rigging Plot review charge being billed at $395 per event. Rigging plots must contain all flown equipment in addition to a reflective ceiling plan with hang points. All drawings must be received via email in .pdf and .dwg format.

• A Technical Supervisor (TS) will be assigned to your Production Company during the load in,

set-up, teardown and load out and duration any time AV equipment is in use on the convention floor during your show. The base rate is $96.00/hr. 4-hour min. and overtime ($144.00) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($192.00) billed after the 12th hour. The above rate is based on the load-in/load-out occurring between the hours of 7am-4:59pm Monday-Friday. Overtime rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm on Saturday and Sundays. Double-time rates will apply between the hours of 12:00am-7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, including all holidays. This position’s main responsibility is strictly as an observer to maintain hotel standards in addition to providing you with quick access for your last minute production needs. The TS will also do a walk-thru of the facility along with a Production Company’s representative and note any damage that is in the room prior to the Production Company loading in. At the conclusion of the load out the TS will do a follow-up walk-thru and note any additional damage (if any) to the facility. The Production Company will be billed for all damages to the facility. Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the required minimums.

• All events at RIO must be pay rolled through Encore Productions, the exclusive pay roller for Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

• Electrical Services is an Exclusive Service of the Rio. All Electrical service must be distributed and installed by Encore Productions. The base rate for an electrician is $96.00/hr. 4-hour min. and overtime ($144.00) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($192.00) billed after the 12th hour. Regular Time rates are based on the load-in/load-out occurring between the hours of 7am-4:59pm Monday-Friday. Overtime rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am-5pm on Saturday and Sundays. • Rigging is an Exclusive Service of the Rio. Three riggers, two high and one ground, are required for both load in and load out of all equipment that is to be hung in or attached to the ceiling. The base rate is $99.00/hr. 4-hour min. and overtime ($148.50) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($198.00) billed after the 12th hour. Regular time rates apply for labor scheduled between the hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Overtime rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am-4:59pm on Saturday and Sundays. Double-time rates will apply between the hours of 12:00am-7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, including all holidays. Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the required minimums.

• Scissor Lift rentals are an Exclusive Service of the Rio. All scissor lifts need to be ordered through Encore Productions and operated by trained individuals. Rental rates for a 19’ or 26’ scissor lift are available on request. All Scissor Lifts must be operated by Encore Productions provided operators, prevailing rates and minimums would apply.

• The Hotel maintains a strict policy for using pyrotechnics or fog machines within the convention area. Fog machines must be water based. No oil based fog machines are allowed in the Pavilion Convention Center. The hotel requires that a Encore Productions representative be stationed in the room during rehearsals and all performances. During the use of said fog machines the base rate is $96.00/hr. 4-hour min. and overtime ($144.00) billed after 8 hours with double-time ($192.00) billed after the 12th hour. Regular time rates apply for labor scheduled between the hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Overtime rates will apply between the hours of 5pm-11:59pm Monday-Friday and 7am-4:59pm on Saturday and Sundays. Double-time rates will apply between the hours of 12:00am-7:00am and after 5:00pm-7:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, including all holidays. The Hotel Convention Services Manager must to be notified a minimum of 96 hours (4 days) in advance of the first rehearsal. Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the required minimums.

• All rigging equipment (i.e. truss, chain motors, span sets, shackles, steel, deck chain etc.) is to be supplied by Encore Productions. The rental rate for a ½ ton chain motor is $395.00 per unit/ for a 7 day period. One ton units are also available at the rate of $450.00 per unit/ for a 7 day period. The rental rate includes motor control, electrical power for motors, motor cabling and all necessary rigging equipment.

• Rigging point charges are $150.00 per point/ for a 7 day period. A point is dictated as each location a chain or hanger is attached to the ceiling or grid. Rigging point charges do not apply to points where chain motors are attached. Cable pick point charges are $75.00 per point/ for a 7 day period. Cable pick points are dictated as each location a cable is attached to the ceiling or grid. A maximum of 8’ between each pick point with a cable bundle no larger than 4 socapex cables is permitted.

• Flyrails on Pavilion stage are available for rental at a rate of $300.00 per flyrail/ per day. Two Encore Productions riggers are required each time weight is added or removed from the flyrail. If you wish to fly a rail in or out during a show Encore Productions must supply the flyrail operator(s).

• Socapex tie-ins are available for rental at a rate of $165.00 per tie-in/per day. A rigger is required to do the install and disconnect from the ceiling. Tie-ins are only available in the Pavilion, Brasilia and Amazon Ballrooms along with the Tropical and Palma meeting rooms. Tie-in’s do not include socapex fan-in’s/fan-out’s. Stage-pin hot patches are available for rental at a rate of $65.00 per tie-in/per day.

• Cables are only permitted to be dropped from the Pavilion catwalks into the following rooms/areas: Pavilion Stage, Pavilion 9, Pavilion 6 and Pavilion 2. All cables run in the catwalks must be run in an orderly fashion. The Pavilion catwalk is not an exclusive space. Cable ramps are required for all cables crossing catwalk walkways, back hall walkways & outdoor areas. Camlok cabling is available to rental. Please contact your Encore Productions Sales Manager for details and pricing.

• Pavilion Stage and Brasilia Stage both offer concert quality sound systems. Rates are $1,125.00 per day and include 8-EAW KF-850 speakers and QSC amplifiers. Subwoofers are available for rental. Please contact your Encore Productions Sales Manager for details and pricing.

• House sound system rental rates are based on the square footage of your meeting room. Under 5,000 sq. ft. the charge is $250.00 per room/per day. Over 5,000 sq. ft. and under 10,000 sq. ft. the charge is $500.00 per room/per day. Over 10,000 sq. ft. and under 15,000 sq. ft. the charge is $1,000.00 per room/per day. For rooms over 15,000 sq. ft the charge is $2,000.00 per room/per day.

• A selection of House music is available through the over head P.A. systems. Rates are $85/day per room.

• House light remotes are available for rental in the Pavilion, Amazon & Brasilia ballrooms at a rate of $225.00 per unit/ per day.

• Hotel risers are available for rental at a rate of $175.00 per 6’x 8’ riser/per room/per day. Hotel podiums are also available for rental at a rate of $75.00 per room/per day.

• Stage Lifts in Pavilion 6 and on the permanent stage in Pavilion 9 can be used for product launches or reveals. The rental rate for each stage lift is $2,500.00 with mandatory “spotters” and “operators” in addition, required due to safety reasons. Rental rates apply for multiple use days; labor will be billed on actual usage. Encore Productions will bill all actual hours worked past the 8-hour minimum.

• Load-In and Load-Out will be done at Expo Dock 1, Expo Dock 2 or Pavilion Dock, depending on which Pavilion or Brasilia rooms are being used. Pavilion Dock is not to be used without prior written consent of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

• All equipment intended for use on the permanent stages is to be loaded through the upstage door or the freight elevator (Pavilion). Under no circumstances is equipment to be loaded from the front of the stages.

• Your Production Company will be required to present Encore a list of frequencies they wish to use for approval. Attached to these rules is a list of wireless frequencies that must be avoided at all times. Various entertainment departments within the hotel use these wireless frequencies. Using a listed wireless frequency could possibly jeopardize a show within the hotel or even your own! Please review the attached frequency list.

• No equipment, cases, scissor lifts and/or personnel lifts are to remain in the “back of the house” areas at anytime. This includes the back hallways, loading docks and Pavilion catwalks. Storage space for outside audiovisual companies will be the sole responsibility of the audiovisual company. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will make every effort to secure space once notification is given, but is under no obligation to provide such space. If space is available, the audiovisual vendor will be charged rack rate for such space.

• There is no smoking permitted inside the Pavilion Convention Center, or its back hallways. Smoking is only permitted outside the Pavilion Convention Center.

• All vendors/groups are responsible to leave the hotel in the same condition it was found. All non-display vehicles inside the Pavilion Convention Center for use on Exhibits and Trade Shows must have white tires and free from leaks. All lifts will be physically checked before they are permitted to come inside the Pavilion Convention Center. Cleaning fees will apply should marks, leaks or damage be found on the carpeting or stages. The Production Company will be billed for all damages to the facility.

• For security reasons it is required that outside Production Companies provide ID badges for all their staff members. ID badges must notate staff member’s name, group’s name and Production Companies name. If you are unable to provide them, you may purchase ID badges from Rio’s on-site UPS Store at 702-777-2476.

• Use of the Rio’s employee cafeteria is prohibited for all outside production staff members and vendors.

• Outside Vendors must place on file with the hotel a certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $2,000,000.00 for each occurrence. This certificate must show the following: Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Harrah’s Resorts & Casinos and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their officers, Directors, representative and employees are named as additional insured under above policies.

• All Audio Visual, Booth Lighting, Electrical, Banner/Sign Hanging & Plumbing Services are exclusive tradeshow services of Encore Productions. Outside Production Companies and/or Audio Visual Service Providers are not permitted to provide any of the above listed services on the Tradeshow floor and/or any Public Areas.

Facility Services • The Video wall in the Rotunda has the ability to show a company’s graphic (logo) or MPEG

and run video clips. Rates vary from $950.00-$1,850.00 per day depending on the number of graphics or MPEG’s played. Graphics should be 640 pixels by 480 pixels. Graphics should be provided in one of the following formats: JPEG (*.jpg), Windows bitmap (*.bmp), Windows metafile (*.wmf), LEAD (*.cmp), Adobe PhotoShop (*.psd), CompuServe PNG (*.png), or TIFF (. tff) but not tifs that use proprietary compression formats. Video Clips are able to be in any dimension and needs to be a MPEG-1 codec file (*.mpg) or DivX 4.12 and lower codec file (*.avi (compressed)). Meeting room monitors may display logos as well. Rates for the meeting room monitors are $65.00 per room per day. The file requirements are Windows bitmap (*.bmp) and the dimensions are variable but must be less then 900K in size. Audio for the videowall may only be used when a group is considered an ALL SPACE GROUP.

• The Guestroom in-room TV channel may also be utilized to show a company’s DVD/Graphic on all the guestroom televisions in the hotel. Rates are $1,500.00 per DVD/Graphic per day. For an additional $5.00 per guestroom you can have this TV channel “on” when your attendees walk into their guestrooms and for an additional $10.00 per guestroom you can have a custom tent card placed in your attendee’s guestrooms. The same graphic standards are required as stated above.

Rio Showrooms

Penn & Teller Theater offers a built in Sound System and Lighting System. Rates are as follows: Audio Equipment-$1,675.00 per day Lighting Equipment-$1,675.00 per day

Penn & Teller Theater also requires mandatory personnel to operate this equipment.

Audio Technician-- $135.00 per hour straight time, $202.50 per hour overtime, $270.00 per hour double time. Lighting Technician-- $135.00 per hour straight time, $202.50 per hour overtime, $270.00 per hour double time. Stage Manager-- $135.00 per hour straight time, $202.50 per hour overtime, $270.00 per hour double time.

The Penn & Teller Stage is also required to be covered with Marley for the protection of the stage surface. The charges for this are as follows:

Two Technicians -- $135.00 per hour straight time ($202.50 per hour OT, $270.00 per hour DT) Marley supply charge at the rate of $675.00.

Each of hourly positions will be billed at a 4 hour minimum for set-up/takedown and 8 hour minimum for operate labor, actual hours worked billed above minimums at the conclusion of the event.

The Club Rio Showroom offers a built in Sound System, Lighting System and Video System. Rates are as follows:
