GENERAL RULES & POLICIES

Banquet room will not be guaranteed unless a deposit is received.

Payment will be made the day of the function unless credit has been established to satisfaction of The Creekside. All credit card transac-tions will be subject to an additional surcharge.

No confetti, bubbles or rice may be allowed on the property.

All rooms are subject to an additional cleaning charge to your final bill if deemed necessary.

Room charges applicable where special setup is involved.

There can be no food or beverage brought into The Creekside Banquet Facility for consumption on the premises without authorization. Under no circumstance will we allow the removal of any food or beverage from our facility.

All food and beverage is subject to current NY state sales tax, plus a 20% service charge will be added to entire bill.

Absolutely no liquor and wine can be brought into our facility from outside sources.

Bartenders will not serve anyone without proper ID.

Shots are not permitted and we reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone who may jeopardize his or her safety and the safety of others.

If your function requires split menu selections, it is your responsibility to provide a color-coded seating chart to ensure proper service.

Access to banquet room hours before and/or after event may be subject to a facility fee. Deliveries from florist, DJ, band, or baker may only be made on the day of the event and all items must be removed that same night.

We respectfully request that any afternoon function finish by 4:00 p.m. and evening functions begin at 6:00 p.m. or later, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

DJ’s and Photographers need to supply their own equipment.

Open bar and DJ, band or music must coincide their end time with the bar’s end time.
