Starters

Succulent fresh water prawns on a bed of mixed leaves bound in a creamy Marie Rose saucetopped with lemon and a juicy king prawn.

Homemade winter vegetable soup served with a crusty roll and farm house butter.

Brandy and chicken liver pate served with seeded Brandy and chicken liver pate served with seeded toasts and salad with red currant sauce

Mains

Traditional locally produced roast turkey breast served with a herb stuffing and mini chipolatas

accompanied by roast potatoes and a rich gravy

Scottish salmon steak char-grilled with a champagne Scottish salmon steak char-grilled with a champagne jus topped with a julienne of leeks

Slow roasted vegetable and nut parcel in a puff pastry case served with an Italian tomato and basil sauce

All served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Cocktail Masterclass

On Saturday night we spent 2 hours in Baracoa being shown how to mix cocktails, and also then enjoyed drinking them.

Our barman Mike was an excellent instructor, and couldn't have been more helpful. Its the first time that we have been to Baracoa, but I don't think that it will

be the last!

Baracoa Luxe Bar, really has made a name for itself since it opened a couple of years ago. Currently one of the best bars/clubs in Leeds...Me and my girls are regulars on a Friday and Saturday, which is a club night playing a great mix of House, RnB, and classics ect. It is good because you can start off a night here early doors and then the place kind of transforms into a nightclub where you can end your night too! You can also hire VIP booths with waitress table service which

i LOVE! The bar staff are great and the drinks are all reasonably priced...You also see a fair few celebrities in here which is always a bonus!
