When sending in a printed label order, please use a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or its equivalent. If you don't have Microsoft Excel, there are 4 Free spreadsheet alternatives that you can download. They are Google Docs Spreadsheet, Apache OpenOffice, Zoho Sheet and Excel Web Application. All printing is done automatically from Spreadsheets and all printing orders for labels must be sent to Speedy Barcodes in a spreadsheet format. Send your order to: [email protected], by attaching the spreadsheet, using the information below.
Column A – Your Barcode Number.stColumn B – 1 line of your Description, if needed.
Column C – 2nd line of your Description, if needed.Column D – 3rd line of your Description, if needed, etc. for more description lines.If your label is high enough, you can have as many lines that will fit on the label at no extra cost. Please use a separate column for each line of text.Next available Column – Please enter the size of the label. If your label size changes, please use a separate spreadsheet for each additional label size.Next available Column – Please enter the quantity of labels needed. You can download an Excel Spreadsheet form from the website.First time label buyers; please send in your billing and shipping information with your order. You can download this form, New Account Information, from the SpeedyBarcodes.com website. If future orders have the same billing and shipping information, we only need the name of your business to find your account.
Included with your barcode numbers purchased, in the zipped package, is a UPC - Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains all the barcode numbers you purchased for USA and Canada, which is all we need to make labels for you. If you sell your products in Europe or in other countries, then you must use the EAN - Spreadsheet. We don't need any artwork, we just need the barcode numbers, description of each item (if needed), size of label and quantity of labels to be printed. Column “A’ has the barcode numbers that you purchased, use Columns “B”, “C”, and “D” for each line of description that you want, if wanted. In the next available column you would enter the label size you want and in the last column, you would enter the quantity of labels needed.
We will always try to ship your order the same day, if received in a timely manner. If your request is received too late in the day, the barcode labels will be shipped the next working day.If you need a Special Size barcode label, give the label department a call. We have many other sizes to fit your needs besides the standard barcode labels listed below.
