The Spirit of Truth Institute is an establishment of Christianity, existing for the purpose of enlightening and training God's servants.

Our Logo simply indicates that truth comes from the Spirit of God. This is the divine principle that S. T. I. is founded upon.

Spiritual wisdom, divine understanding, and heavenly knowledge are revealed by the Spirit of God to his people who have an open heart. This is the origin of the Holy Scriptures. The Spirit and truth of God must be taken together and balanced as intellect and emotion in our lives. We are to love God with all of our heart (feelings) and all of our mind (thoughts). HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THIS BOOK

We need to learn the Word of God in order to obey the Word of God. This is not a denominational course but truly a Bible course. Satan will try to overwhelm you with a feeling of apathy or else try to make you too busy. You must place this in top priority in your life. You will not accidentally find time and a place for the study of God's Word. You will have to make room and take time. Find a place in your home that is at least semi-private, comfortable, and well lighted. Designate a definite time in your schedule for this important study. Prepare your heart and mind by prayer each time before you start. The Bible is a spiritual book and you need to be aware of the Spirit of God ministering the Word to your heart. You will get more out of it this way. Immediately apply to your life what you learn each time. Also share it with someone else. You could phone a friend and tell them what you are studying. You will receive credit toward a degree for this course.

IV THE CHRISTIAN LIFE (PART A)

New Converts must be baptized or immersed once in water “in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost”, by a Divinely authorized minister of God, as soon as practical.

In order to enjoy a happy, healthy, and holy Christian life we must pray sufficiently each day, study God’s Holy Word often, and seek the fellowship of other Christians (not the ungodly), and worship God with the Church regularly.

We must love all others, practicing charity, and maintain faith and confidence in God, His power and promises.

THE CHRISTIAN LIFE (Part B)

In order to be a useful, fruitful, and productive Christian we must be meek and humble, obedient to all the Word of God, and the leadings of His Spirit, in thought, word, and deed, separating ourselves from all worldliness and pressing into entire sanctification of spirit, soul, and body, perfecting holiness (both internally and externally), ultimately crucifying the old self nature.

A real Christ-like is filled with righteousness, good works, and the fruit of the Spirit, and we will gladly serve the Lord, witnessing to others for Christ, seeking to win souls unto him for His glory.


MEEK & HUMBLE:Matt. 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself be exalted.

THE CHRISTIAN LIFE (Part C)

After Salvation, every child of God should receive a second spiritual experience called the Baptism into the Holy Spirit, which is accompanied by the manifestation of supernaturally speaking with other tongues (or languages).

Divine Healing has been provided in the atonement of Christ. All the gifts of the Spirit are available for those who will use them for the glory of God and spiritual edification. Supernatural signs, wonders, and miracles follow them that really believe, today.


SPIRIT BAPTISMActs 19:2 Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed?

Ja. 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father.

I Cor. 12:4-6, 11 Now there are diversities of gifts but the same spirit and there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord, and there are diversities of operations…but all these work that one… Spirit dividing to every man severally as He will.

I Cor. 12:7-10 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the Word of wisdom; to another the Word of knowledge by the same spirit; to another faith by the same spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same spirit; to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues;

Rom. 12:6-8 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy let us prophecy according to the portion of faith; or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with dimplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

I Cor. 7:7 but every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.
