Customizing the Ribbon
Ribbon can be customized to suit the way you work
Allows you to turn off the display of tabs you don’t use, as well as create new tabs and groups
You can add a group to an existing tab or move a group to a different tab.
You can also change the order in which the tabs and groups appear.
Quick Access Toolbar
Commands shown in the Quick Access Toolbar are always visible
Favorite commands can be added to this toolbar
Using the Mini Toolbar Floats above selected text and displays
commonly-used formatting choices Initially appears translucent and
then faces in when you move the pointer toward it
Appears automatically whenever you select text
Print Preview and Print The options and tools for Printing and Previewing
documents now appear together in the Print tab in Backstage view
