Basics Of Bibz Ordering Using the Special Lists

Page 2: Basics of bibz ordering

Get started on your bibz order using the provided special lists. The hottest, newest titles are pulled out for each month’s list.

It’s been awhile since we placed an order, so let’s get started with the oldest list displayed.

Make a few quick adjustments so your list is easier for you to use.

This is the Brief view. If you miss the old paper catalogs try the Expanded view.

You can sort your list by title, demand, author, etc.

Enter a “1” in the qty box next to any title that looks good, go to the top of the display and give your list a name. Then hit “APPLY” to add your titles to your selection list.

Click the arrow to open & close the Filters

Titles added to list but where’s the order button?

You’ll know your titles were successfully added to “Example January Order” by the RED transaction complete, the Green L tiles, and the Active List now displaying our 5 Titles, with 5 Items, and 41 Total Allow (short for Total Allowances, or Points). So now what? How do you place this order? We’re still viewing the Children January 2015 list. To order our “Example January Order” we’ll need to go to it’s screen, by clicking on it in the active list.

Example January Order List View

When you view Example January Order you’ll no longer see the Green L tile. Those tiles appear when a book is displayed that is on another list. If you want to make any changes to quantities or delete any titles, you can edit your order on the list screen. When you’re ready to order hit the green button.

Order List

You get one last chance to ensure you’re ordering what you need. It’s recommended you check to make sure you have the same number of titles as items – otherwise you’re ordering duplicates. For more help ensuring you don’t accidentally order duplicates view our tutorial. Hit submit to complete the order process.

Order Complete!

When you submit your order you’ll get a confirmation screen.

Submitted Orders and Order History

If you return to the home screen you’ll also see a list of recently submitted orders. When the order begins the fulfillment stage (usually in 1 business day) “Example January Order” will move from the Submitted Orders display area to the Order History section.
