From our office in the centre of Tarporley take a right turn

out of the village in the direction of Chester and upon

reaching a roundabout take the third exit onto the A49

Warrington. Proceed up the dual carriageway and the

road will then turn into single carriageway. Proceed

straight passing landmarks including the Fox and Barrel

pub on the right hand side, Murco petrol station on the

right and Tarporley Garden Centre of the left hand side.

Upon reaching a traffic light crossroads take the right turn

onto the A54. Proceed on the A54 for approximately one

and half mile taking a left turn into Clay Lane. Proceed

along Clay Lane whereupon the road will bend sharply to

the right and then to the left, proceed straight along

passing left turn to Common Lane and then a left turn into

Nova Scotia Lane. Proceed up Nova Scotia Lane and take

a left turn into The Paddocks and the property will be

found on the left hand side shortly after.
