At Mantaleda, we endeavour to produce our product ranges in the most ethical manner that we can. Where possible, we source our own raw materials from within the UK and Europe, with all timber utilised being from FSC and PEFC registered suppliers. Mantaleda is also a ‘zero landfill’ company, with all waste and by products being screened for recycling, and the remainder used for power generation.

Tranquility Slide-in

As one of the most advanced deep soak baths in the industry, the Tranquility is able to offer an exceptionally spacious bathing area, complete with 800mm wide entrance. After two years of research and development, this bath offers a ramped seat that is 545mm high from the floor, ideal for unrestricted slide-in transfer from a wheelchair, without the need to step into the bath first. The door is also designed to shut effortlessly so this bath is ideal for those with arthritic hands too.


Additional Peace of Mind Did you know we offer a 5 year manufacturers warranty on all of the baths that we produce? From the date of delivery, should you find any fault with your product, you can get in touch with our Customer Services team and we will do all we can to rectify the problem. When it comes to our Seat Lifts, the warranty covers the initial 12 month period for parts and labour only.

However, we would always encourage any customer to contact us with any query they may have… we have been hand crafting these baths for over25 years so there’s not much we don’t know!

Vertical grab rail with shower head holder

Our slider grab rail includes a single handed operation shower head

holder, for those who have limited hand use. These rails are produced

in a 994mm length and are suitable for a person sitting in the shower

area but also suitable for a person standing, and add to assisting

others in showering. The rail incorporates a stylish shower handset

holder, which is designed for use with one hand, by gently squeezing

the handle to increase the height, or lower the shower head.

When it comes to bathing we believe it is a natural way to relieve stress and help tired, aching muscles and think that bathing should be accessible to all, no matter what your age or physical ability. If you struggle to get in or out of the bath, worry about loved ones not being able to bath independently or want to install a bath that can last for many years then we definitely have a bath to suit you. A. All of our products come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. We are proud that all of our baths are hand crafted in North Yorkshire so if there are ever any issues, we want to know about them! Our Power Lift bath has a shorter warranty for the lift mechanism (12 months) but we are always at the end of the phone to help with any technical queries you might have.

you prefer to have a deep soak in warm water or

prefer to lie back?

Is the bath to be used by a wide range of people?

If so, what are their needs? Is it just for a one

person household?

Consider layout and dimensions/measurements. Where will

the bath be placed in the room? What other items would

you like in the bathroom e.g. stand alone shower, toilet,

single or double basin, space for a radiator, grab rails etc.

B A T H D I M E N S I O N S

Think about length, width and shape. Can you increase

the size of your bath? Do you need to decrease your

size of bath?

M A T E R I A L S

Mantaleda manufacture composite baths with both

composite and glass doors. The glass looks great but

if you prefer to have a solid door, then both options

are available.

would be worthwhile? How many grab rails are needed
