BATMAN TOXIC CHILL WALKTHROUGH==================================================I. Introduction==================================================I'm alexhates98, and this is my second completewalkthrough. This is Batman Toxic Chill for PC,where Batman and Robin must stop The Riddler andMr. Freeze from harming Gotham City's weather. Thecatch is, the two heroes are relying on YOU tohelp them. And if you're no helper, I am.==================================================II. Let's Get Started!==================================================If this is your first time playing, you will beasked to select your difficulty level. There'sBeginner, Professional, and Expert. The harderthe difficulty, the harder the game is. Afterthat, you will receive a cutscene. In thecutscene, Gotham City residents check the weather,when Mr. Freeze and Riddler take over and warnsthem of a new weather update. At the batcave,Batman and Robin are either trying out their newFirebat or they will recieve a message fromCommissioner Gordon right away. Batman and Robin

receive a riddle from the Riddler, saying "Whatgets hotter when it gets colder?"==================================================III. The Adventure Begins!==================================================Go to the Batmobile. Click on Coventry. Click onWayne Chemical. You will see tanks and controltanks on the screen. Toxic liquid will flow to thetop of each tank. Should they succeed, they willstart overflowing. Lock out the valve above it orhave another valve face it. On professional andexpert, the Riddler will have some tanks leak outeven if adjacent valves are facing it. Only when

the valve above it is closed will it work. Also onprofessional and expert, some tanks will featurered, yellow, and green signal lights. Green meansthe above valve is still available. Yellow meansthe same thing, but it also warns the player thatit only has 15 seconds left before it locks out.Red indicates the above valve being lockedtemporarily. On expert, there will already belocked valves. Eventually you will reach thebottom signal tanks, where you must wait for themto fill before closing them. When all of them havebeen locked, the reservoir is saved. Do this untilyou have saved the reservoir a third time. A

riddle will appear. Batman will collect it. Do thesame thing to Coventry (click northwest) andAtomic Co (go to the batmobile and click on FingerRiver. Atomic Co will appear as soon as you getthere).==================================================IV. The Decoding Of The Codes==================================================Batman will scan the riddle into the batcomputer.A bunch of symbols appear above spaces. Drag the



letter of your choice into the space.Alternatively, you can just type the letter in thespace. When you finish, the batcomputer willdetermine if you are correct or not. If correct,the batcomputer will play an ascending note, andevery note turns white. If not, the batcomputerplays a descending note, some letters will turnred, and Batman says something like, "We have toredo this code. Some of the letters areincorrect." Eventually, the symbols will alreadybe filled in.==================================================V. Tower Thawing==================================================Go to the batcave and select Financial district.Click to the left of the blackboard and you'll seea transition/cutscene with a batman spotlightflying across the screen. Batman holds a firebat.You must find a pattern of ice crystals startingfrom the bottom and holds on all the way to thetop. On beginner, only one crystal is in thepattern. On professional, two crystals appear inthe pattern. And on expert, THREE crystals are inthe pattern. The firebat can go vertically or

horizontally in any direction, but the bat cannotgo diagonally. If the pattern fails, the buildingfreezes back, and Batman and Robin give out extrareminders. If the pattern succeeds, you must dothe same to the other half of the building. Afterthat, you will receive another riddle. Do this 3times to get all three required riddles for thisgame.==================================================VI. The Codes, Boss! The Codes!==================================================When you decode the other three riddles, you willnotice that these riddles go in pairs. In each

pair, one riddle is a question, the other is theanswer. Match them up correctly, and you have afull riddle! The riddle will tell you which of thethree underground areas you must go down.==================================================VII. A Journey Under The Ground==================================================If your underground area is in Coventry, go there.The portal is the pink hole next to Coventry Labs.If it's Finger River, go there. The portal isto the left of where Batman and Robin arestanding at. If it's in Financial District, godown to where the trains are. Thaw the humans,

then take the train. Batgirl appears next to theportal. Regardless which portal you go down, onlyBatman is allowed to go down as the underground isfull of sharp and poisonous hazards. You will havefour weapons with you in your belt. Hit control totoggle between weapons. Hit enter to use theweapon. The Riddler's henchmen dwells theunderground area, and they are lethal to Batman.Two of his henchmen are skinny, but use gas masks,so pick Weapon #1. One of his henchmen is bigger,



and another rides a drill. Neither wears a gasmasks, so use Weapon #2. Green portals with batmanlogos appear occasionally, if you see one, touchit. These are checkpoints. On expert, there is asharp decrease in checkpoints. Also avoid verysharp machinery that kill you, and avoid toxicpits at all costs. The only friendly machines arethose used as elevators, but remember to step offbefore you hit the ceiling! Should your head hitthe ceiling, you will die and go back to start orthe most recent checkpoint entered. Some blocksare in the way. Use Weapon #4 to drop the block,and Weapon #3 to push it. To break through bricks,use weapon #4. At the end of the level, you willfind a riddle by the exit. Do this until you havecleared all three underground stages.==================================================VIII. Riddle Rehearsal==================================================Eventually you will have access to figure out whatthe main riddle is. When you finish, Batman andRobin will scream out, "GOTHAM CITY?!" indisbelief.==================================================

IX. The Batcopter==================================================The batcopter will be where the batmobile used tobe. Step inside the helicopter. A cutscene appearsshowing the Riddler staring suspiciously at theBatcopter. Mr. Freeze heats up as the final battlebegins.==================================================X. The Final Battle==================================================Four answer choices appear at the top. Only threewill work, and one works for each color liquid,red, blue, and yellow. Five green bars also appear

at the top right. Each time you neutralize all thetoxic chemicals, one goes away. Toxic liquidsstart spilling out. Use the correct answer choiceto neutralize the toxic chemical. You must aim atthe front of the chemical to neutralize it. Ifit's correct, the chemical disappears. If not, atoxic gas or a fireball will appear. You must usethe correct answer choice to reneutralize it. Onprofessional and expert, two chemicals will mixtogether. Neutralize one first, then do the samefor the other. When all of the chemicals have beenneutralized, the level repeats until the bars atthe top disappear. Do NOT let the chemicals hit

the harbor at the bottom. Otherwise you must startover at the beginning as if you never cleared outthe bars, regardless how many more times you needto finish. You must neutralize all the chemicals 5times to win the game.==================================================XI. A Happy Ending==================================================Batman and Robin tie Riddler up to the Batcopterwith a batrope, and is arrested and put in the



same cell as Mr. Freeze.==================================================XII. Closing==================================================I worked HARD on this!
