Lewes Books

The morning of October 7, 6 cadets volunteered

their Sunday to help the Lewes Library Staff pack

up the leftover books from their annual book

sale. This only took them a few hours because of

their awesome teamwork and work ethic.

Cadets voluntarily

traveled to Fort

Miles on October

18, to help refurbish

the Bunker and the

surrounding land.

Homecoming Parade

Saturday, a group of cadets participated in our annual Homecoming

Parade with a Color Guard, and outstanding representation of who

we are. C/Matthew DeLuca, and C/Davi Matins sang the Cadences.

Easter Seals

Sunday October 21, 7 cadets volunteered their time to attend the Easter

Seals 5K. The Color Guard was commanded by C/Almita Ramirez and

they marched the entire 5K in the cold wind. The organization raised

$40,000 during this run. The Easter Seals are a group of volunteers who

help disabled kids and veterans by providing physical therapy, speech

therapy, and other services.
