• BBB Business Reviews – Our core service is providing Business Reviews. The review will provide a snap shot of each company’s background and track record to help assist the public in choosing a specific company with which to do business. We provide these reviews to the public free of charge 24/7 on the BBB website. During the week, a consumer may also call our office to have a reviewreadtothem.WeprovidereviewsonBBBAccreditedandnon-accreditedbusiness and charities.

• BBB Accredited Business Directory – The BBB Directory allows the public to obtainalistofBBBAccreditedBusinessesinaspecificindustrythathavebeenapproved by the BBB and are in good standing. The list can be found on our website or a hard copy can be sent out in the mail.

• Dispute Resolution – Dispute Resolution is a program designed to assist companies and consumers in settling business disputes outside of court. The BBB acts as a neutral third party to assist both parties in reaching an agreement to settle the dispute.
