Grapevine is an informal communication
carried out between employees working in
an organization. Mobilink employees use
single-strand pattern and gossip pattern
grapevine between each other. They
generally talk about the new services and
policies announced verbally.

Their service provision timings based on two factors:
• Competitor’s strategy and timings regarding the
same service
• Geographical based i.e people in Lhore mostly
like to buy late night packages while in urban
areas they offer packages which are from
morning to upto 07:00 pm.
