BCS-8xxmodulescanbeaddedtoasinglecabinet.Severalsizesareoffered(38U,24U,12Uand6U).Acommunicationmoduleprovidestheindividualcontrolanddataacquisitiononallthechannelssimultaneously.Eachchannelwithinamoduleisfullyindependentfromtheothers.WiththeEthernetconnection,eachBCScabinetcanbeconnectedtoaLocalAreaNetworkwheremultipleuserscanthenaccesstheinstrument(s)andfollowthebatterycyclingfromanywhereacrosstheLAN.AnotheradvantageistheeasybackupofcyclingdataontoaLANserver.
