Overview

On AT&T Business Center, you can access many helpful reports that show how your AT&T wireline services are performing.

Different AT&T BusinessDirect® tools, easily accessed through Business Center, provide performance reports for the various wireline services. These are the most frequently used reporting tools:

View Business Reports and InformationProvides performance reports for these data services: AT&T Managed Router Solution, AT&T VPN Managed Service, AT&T VPN Transport Service, Enhanced Virtual Private Network, AT&T Global Broadcast Video Services, and AT&T Managed LAN Service

Analyze and Monitor Call DataProvides call data reports for inbound toll-free and outbound dedicated voice services.

View IP Network Usage ReportsProvides utilization data for AT&T Dedicated Internet (ADI) / Managed Internet Service (MIS)

Analyze Voice Network DataProvides utilization reports for dedicated access voice trunk groups

Access Network Performance ReporterProvides call usage and call performance data for Voice over IP (VoIP) service.

Logging in to AT&T Business Center

1. Go to businesscenter.att.com.

2. Enter your Business Center email address.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click Log in.

Accessing the reporting tools

1. From the Business Center homepage, locate the BusinessDirect tools widget.

2. Click the down arrow for Performance Reporting and then select the tool of interest.

3. The tool homepage appears.

Getting first-time access to the tools

If you need access to any of the tools that provide performance reports, you will need an AT&T BusinessDirect ID. If you do not have one already, please contact your AT&T Account Team and ask for one.

In addition, your AT&T Account Team can advise you on the specific performance reporting tools that will help you.

A list of the various performance reporting tools appears on the AT&T BusinessDirect Learning Center. To access it and learn about the capabilities of any tool:

1. From the Business Center homepage, locate the BusinessDirect Resources widget.

2. Click Learning Center.

3. The AT&T BusinessDirect Learning Center homepage appears.

4. On the main menu bar, float over Performance Reporting.

5. From the dropdown list that appears, choose the tool of interest. A page describing the tool, as well as the associated AT&T services, appears.

2. Then under Performance Reporting Tools, you can click any link for more information about that tool.
