Bearer Task Table

The use of task tables is detailed in section 5.2 of the Planned Events process document. The document is

available online at http://www.spark.co.nz/permits

The following Definitions apply to all task tables.

Definitions

Risk: Indicates the PTW risk level 1 = Service Loss, 2 = High Risk, 3 = Low Risk.

ITIL Cat: Indicates the approval path required. Minor = standard approval, Major = Requires CAB approval.

Timeslot: indicates the start hour and includes the minutes up to the next succeeding hour.

Lead-time: is expressed in calendar days

Service Loss timings & durations must be specified within the permit request

Change Board The Change Advisory Board responsible for the approval of Major tasks for this task table is specified below.
