identified. Vertebral bodies

within

normal limits

in

signal

intensity

and

morphology,

without

evidence

of vertebral

body

compression.

There is

a

disc

bulge

at

the Lt[/5 level but no

nerv root impingement.

At the LSlSl

level there is

a

right

paracentral

disc

protrusion

impinging the right

S'1

nerve root.

The rest

of

the discs

arg

within

norrnal

limits in

signal

intensity

and

height,

without

evidence

of

disc

bulge

or

prokusion.

No

or

neural foraminat

stenoeis

Conclusion:

Right

S1 nerve

root impingement by
