So in 1994, I trained with the Belaví™ Institute of Facial Massage (renamed Bellanina® Institute) to become a Facelift Massage Specialist. I incorporated Facelift Massage into my practice, and within a year, from word-of-mouth and a minimal amount of advertising, Facelift Massage accounted for almost half of my business revenues.

Bellanina’s Facelift Massage technique provides excellent opportunities for the growth of your business. For me, what that equated to financially was approximately $1,500/month over and above other massage services, and additional income from product sales. Bellanina’s Facelift Massage Is Very Easy to Learn. We offer two easy-to-follow methods for learning the Facelift Massage procedure. Our three-day seminar is a dynamic, hands-on training course designed for professional health and skin care practitioners. It is offered around the country with Certified Trainers and at the Bellanina Institute, as well. Our home study course can be completed at your leisure at home from DVDs and training manuals to help you learn with ease. Minimum order requirements—We require a minimum purchase of $100.00 on all wholesale orders. Orders less than $100.00 require an additional $5.00 fee added onto the regular shipping & handling charge.

Backorders—Our vast inventory is always moving. On occasion, an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time you order. Please be aware that all items ordered are processed with any backorders shipped immediately upon arrival. Your invoice will note any backordered items. You will not be charged additional shipping for the shipment of your backorder.

Did you order everything you need?—To process your order quickly, orders are placed into our system almost immediately. Once they are entered, we cannot add-on or amend them. Any additional items must be placed on a separate invoice. For order accuracy, please make copies and use the enclosed order forms. Our associates will read back your order and ask you to confirm. Please take this time to be sure your order is correct to avoid any future inconveniences.

Returned checks—There is a $25.00 fee on any returned check.

Credit—We do not offer credit terms. However, you may place your order and we can prepare it for shipment and mail it the day we receive your check.

Delivery—We use UPS Ground for all shipments. Shipping charges are subject to change throughout the year. Any shipments beyond the United States North American Continent, including US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and all International orders will be charged an additional fee based on the weight of the order. Once the order has been filled and weighed, the Bellanina Institute will contact you with an accurate shipping fee. There is not a set international shipping fee; the fee will vary from order-to-order. No C.O.D.

Cancellations—A 15% service fee will apply to cancelled orders that have been pulled and processed.

Returns—Merchandise returns must be made within 30 days from purchase date and will not be accepted unless product is unused, and in its original and saleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

REFUND POLICY FOR SEMINAR ENROLLMENT (a) The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. (b) All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. (c) The policy shall adhere to the refund policies of applicable state, federal, and accrediting agencies. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.

Damaged Items—Please call our office within 3 days of shipment arrival to report damage. We ask that you please call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packaging materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.

Shipment Refusals—If an order is returned to us due to its being refused or no one is present to accept the package, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If the package is re-shipped, double freight charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make the necessary arrangements to accept your shipments.
