Examples of Production Errors:

A stone has fallen out without the product showing any other

damage, or a clasp of a bracelet is broken.

The warranty covers production errors

We replace or repair the product

Examples of Damages:

A glass of a watch is broken due to impacting on a hard sur-

face, a broken necklace due to straining, a pewter wire is torn

by being stuck, or other similar self-inflicted injuries.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by wrongful

treatment of the product or other self-inflicted damages.

Examples of General Wear and Tear:

The metal is scratched, the plated or oxidized surface is worn or

partially worn off, or the leather deteriorates and falls apart.

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
