There are answers to the problem, and you can turnaround your organization to become a real business partner and start delivering value. Even if you have a good relationship, can you make it better by following the roadmap described in this workshop? The key to having a seat at the table will be driven by the value you provide.

Key  Takeaways  • This  workshop  outlines  the  five  phases  that  high  performing  organizations  use  to

deliver  results  and  become  a  partner  with  the  business  • Manage  by  the  numbers  and  keep  the  trains  running  on  time  • Communicate  your  value  with  quantitative  and  qualitative  measures  • Expand  your  influence  by  delivering  on  your  promises  • Being  a  business  partner  is  hard  work,  but  the  results  will  be  worth  the  effort  • It  helps  the  IT  organization  to  eliminate  the  barriers  that  they  create  for  themselves  • It  provides  a  framework  to  discuss  the  language  of  business  • You’ll  be  able  to  use  a  maturity  model  approach  to  start  your  journey  to  becoming  a

true  business  partner
