Introduction

elcome to the Bedtime Belly Detox system!

Over the next few pages, you’ll discover a handful of tricks and secrets you can use every single night to burn more fat while you sleep.

Yes, it IS possible and it’s EASIER than you think.

It all has to do with the foods you eat, your digestion, and boosting your fat-burning hormones while you sleep.

You see…

There are a few simple things you can do at night, before bed, that’ll help you lean out and burn more fat no matter how old you are.

Now, what I would recommend is trying 1-2 of these and focus on them instead of trying to do ALL of them right from the beginning.

Get used to a couple of them, consistently do them to the point where they’re a daily HABIT in your life, and then add in another one…

After all, small changes done consistently over time lead to BIG results.

Okay, here we go…

1. Eat a low-carb dinner filled with protein, veggies, and healthy fats.

2. Replace your regular dessert with 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate that’s 80% cocoa (or higher).

3. Have at least 2 hours between dinner and bed time. It helps a lot with digestion, which is a huge part of burning fat.

4. Avoid drinking water (or any other liquid) with dinner. It prevents your body from absorbing the nutrients from your food. If you must, take small sips of water with your food.

5. Drink at least 20 ounces of water AFTER dinner.

6. Have a Green Energy Shake for dessert.

a. 2 handfuls baby spinach or any other leafy green

b. 1 tbsp. coconut oil

c. ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt

d. 1 tsp cinnamon

e. Handful of ice

f. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

7. Do one of the 4-minute workouts found on the download page of this program 1 hour before bed

8. Have a cup of green tea after dinner to help with digestion.

9. Do 10-minutes of light stretching

10. If you’re hungry after dinner, fill up on a little extra protein and veggies. Don’t worry about calories, simply eat until you’re satisfied and not stuffed.

11. Drink 8 ounces of water mixed w/ 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and the juice from ½ lemon.

Again, simply pick 1-2 of these to START with and continue to do them until they become a habit.

Then you can start adding in others.

Other Tips And Tricks

Here’s a few other tips and tricks that will turn off your stress hormone and prime your body to burn more belly fat as you sleep.

Set Your Thermostat to 70 degrees or colder When the temperature drops, your body produces more energy to keep you warm, so you burn more calories (roughly 100 or more).

Over a period of several weeks, this can lead to an extra 3,500 calories burned, which is one pound melted off your body.

Meditate You don’t have to do anything complicated here. Simply lie or sit in bed, take 5 deep breaths, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Focus on your chest and lungs expanding as your breath in. And imagine all the stress and thoughts from the day disappearing into the distance.

Start doing this 5-minutes and increase the time as you go.

Progressive Relaxation Technique This technique will help relax all the muscles in your body while lowering your stress levels and telling your body it’s okay to burn fat.

Start by curling your toes slightly for a count of 5 and then relax.

Repeat for each muscle group from your toes to your neck. Gently squeeze and hold for 5 seconds, then relax and move on to the next muscle group.

Avoid caffeine after 3 pm Everyone handles caffeine differently but a good rule of thumb is to avoid any of it after 3 pm.

Otherwise you’ll be up at all hours of the night, while you struggle to “turn your brain off” as you think of all the things you still need to get done.

Brain Dump You can either do this at the end of your workday, or shortly before you get ready for bed.

Grab a notebook and a pen, then literally write out every last thought that’s going through your mind. Get it all down on paper so you don’t forget anything, then remove those thoughts from your mind.

This has been a big one for me because I always kept my thoughts, ideas, and worries in my head…which is why I was always constantly “thinking about something”.

Get it ALL out on paper and then tomorrow you can decide what you really need to focus on for the day.

Spritz Real Lavender Spray On Your Pillow Research shows the scent of lavender eases anxiety and insomnia. And in a study done at Britain’s University of Southampton, adults ranked their sleep as 20% better on average when sleeping in a lavender scented room.

And you’ll also feel more energized when you wake up in the morning.

Simply spray some lavender essential oil on your pillow a few minutes before bed and enjoy a more peaceful, belly slimming sleep.
