Saké※ Just like sushi, Saké is an integral part of the Japanese eating and drinking scene. Saké is made from fermented rice, koji 「rice malt or yeast made from rice」 and water with ancient techniques incorporating the soul of each individual toji 「similar to chef de cave」.
