Motivated by “Pleasure or / and Money”! Often unqualified for anything else – sold

insurance, cars or houses… Housing boom saw influx of under-qualified,

inexperienced “candidates” Registered at the EAAB as a candidate and

after a year, became a Full Status Agent! OR Wrote the EAAB “Board Exam” – (multiple

choice of 18 credits) – became a Full Status Agent

In terms of access, the target group comprises:

1. under-qualified adult candidates, with some level of professional training but no formal qualifications to recognise workplace learning

2. Some with formal qualifications (exemptions)3. candidates lacking L4 Fundamentals in some or

all of the 56 credits– 1st language L4– 2nd language L3– Numeracy L4

4. Mature adults from 30 – 75 years old totally out of formal education /learning for years

5. Highly experienced with specialist knowledge and industry exposure through training with franchisor, banks, bond originators, etc.:

– Finance– Legal– Marketing

6. Resistance to regulations and having to re-enter formal learning

7. Old ideas about ‘school’ and being ‘tested’, pass/ fail and feelings of vulnerability
