1 Account Locked
Caution Note: If you attempt to Login incorrectly three times, then the sytem will automatically lock your password.
The system will unlock after 30 minutes.
Therefore if your account locks, please wait 30 minutes before attempting to login again
2 Password Expiry
Action Note: Your password will expire every 180 Days.
Each password change will restart the 180 day expiry cycle

1. Changing your Password more than 10 Days BEFORE it Expires 1. Sign into Oracle, enter your Username and Current Password then click Login:
2. From the Oracle Home Page, select Change Password:

3. The Change Password screen is displayed:
4. Enter your Username, Current Password, New Password and Confirm the New Password:

2. Changing your Password less than 10 Days BEFORE it Expires 1. Sign into Oracle, enter your Username and Current Password then click Login:
2. 10 days or less before your password is due to expire a reminder will be displayed:

3. To change you password click on Change your password now:

5. Enter your Username, Current Password, New Password and Confirm the New Password:

3. Changing your Password AFTER it Expires 1. Sign into Oracle, enter your Username and Current Password then click Login:
2. When your password has expired; you will be prompted by the Oracle system to change your password:
3. Enter your Current, New and Confirm New password and click on Submit:

3 Forgotten Password 1. If you have forgotten your Oracle password, from the Oracle log in screen click on the
Forgot Password link:
2. The forgot password screen is displayed, enter your Oracle Username and click on Recover Password:

3. A Confirmation message is displayed:
4. An email will be sent to your registered email account confirming a new Temporary Password:

5. Sign into Oracle by entering your Username and the Temporary Password received in the email, then click Login:
6. You will be prompted by the Oracle system to change your password:

4 New User - Password Reset Process 1. An email will be sent to your registered email account confirming that Oracle access has
been set up and a new Temporary Password:
2. Sign into Oracle by entering your Username and the Temporary Password received in the email, then click Login:
3. You will be prompted by the Oracle system to change your password:
