Decadent European Mocha(Original or Mint)

1 scoop (1.5oz)* of Sipping Chocolate1 scoop (1.75oz)* Caffe D’Amore

Vanilla Freeze1/4 cup chilled espresso1/2 cup milk16 oz ice1 teaspoon fresh espresso beans.Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 sec.)Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.

Decadent European White Mocha

1 scoop (1.5oz)* of Sipping Chocolate1 scoop (1.75oz)* Caffe D’Amore

Vanilla Freeze1/4 cup chilled espresso2 pumps white chocolate syrup1/2 cup milk16 oz ice1 teaspoon fresh espresso beans.Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 sec.)Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.

* Sipping Chocolate 2/3 scoop = 1oz = 2 rounded tbsp.1scoop = 1.5oz = 3 rounded tbsp.

* Vanilla Freeze 1/2 scoop = .85oz = 2 rounded tbsp.1 scoop = 1.75oz = 4 rounded tbsp.

Sipping Shot of Chocolate(Original or Mint)

2/3 scoop (1oz)* of Sipping Chocolate1/3 cup of steamed milk

Dissolve Sipping Chocolate into steamed milk.Stir and enjoy.For a spirited Sipping Chocolate, add1 1/2 oz Irish Cream or Peppermint liqueur.

Un Bacio Italiano(The Italian Kiss)

2/3 scoop (1oz)* of Sipping Chocolate1/3 cup of steamed milk2oz shot of espresso

Dissolve Sipping Chocolate into steamed milk.Add Espresso.Stir and enjoy.

Sipping Hot Cocoa(Original or Mint)

1 scoop (1.5oz)* of Sipping Chocolate3/4 cup of steamed milkSugar or vanilla syrup to taste

Dissolve Sipping Chocolate into steamed milk.Add sugar or vanilla syrup to taste.Stir and enjoy.

Sipping Mocha1 scoop (1.5oz)* of Sipping Chocolate1/2 scoop (2/3oz) Caffe D’Amore Vanilla Freeze

Sipp ing Choco la te Cul inary Rec ipesFondue for Two

2 scoops (3oz) of Sipping Chocolate1/2 cup of steamed half & halfGenerous helping of your favorite cutup fruit, marshmallows or cookies fordipping

Dissolve Sipping Chocolate into steamedhalf and half.Pour into fondue bowl.Dip your favorites into the mix and enjoy.

Chocolate Frosting8 Tbsp of Sipping Chocolate2 sticks (8 oz) butter softened1/2 cup milk2 cups powered sugar

Mix 8 tbsp of Sipping Chocolate with2 sticks (8 oz) softened butter.Stir in 1/2 cup milk. Add 2 cups powered sugar.Mix until smooth.Chill before using.

Sipping Chocolate Gelato2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream1 1/4 cup whole milk1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 Tbsp vanilla extract4 scoops (6 oz) of Sipping Chocolate

Combine ingredients in a large bowland mix well.Follow ice cream/gelato machinemanufacturers instructions.

Sipping Chocolate Mousse6 scoops (9 oz) of Sipping Chocolate3 cups cold whipping cream

Pour whipping cream into large bowl.Wisk cream while slowly addingSipping chocolate until mixture issmooth.

Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate S’Mores BitesUsing Sipping Chocolate Mousse Recipe from above and:

1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs1/4 cup sugar (optional)1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter14 oz marshmallow cream (sold as Jet Puff or Fluff)

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar (optional) and melted butter until just incorporated.Form mixture as crust in bottom of individual 2 oz shot glass, ramekins or onelarge dish and distribute evenly.Scoop Sipping Chocolate Mousse mixture into a pastry bag and fill cups or dish upto 3/4 full.Top with marshmallow cream.Use crème brulée torch to caramelize top.

Makes 30 individual 2 oz serving shot glasses.

Individual Chocolate MartiniIn a martini shaker filled with ice add:1/4 cup prepared Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate (See Volume Preparation above)

1/4 cup vodka1oz Irish cream liqueur1/2 oz vanilla syrup (optional)

Shake until mixed and cold and pour into a 6 oz martini glass.

Sipping Chocolate Volume Preparation (makes 32 oz)In a 32 oz container (or larger) pour:6 scoops (9 oz or 18 rounded Tbsp.) of Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate Add 1 cup of half & half.Mix well until dissolved.Add more half & half to equal 32 oz (4 cups) of finished SippingChocolate.Store in refrigerator.

Sipping Chocolate Martini Party RecipeHere’s how 32 oz of prepared Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate can make 16 delicious5oz martinis. (Party Time!)

In a 1 gallon container pour:4 cups of prepared Bellagio® Sipping Chocolate (See Volume Preparation above)

4 cups of vodka2 cups Irish cream liqueur1 cup of vanilla syrup (optional)

Stir to mix.Pour Bellagio® Chocolate Martini mixture into a martini shaker filled with ice.Shake until cold.Pour into a 6 oz martini glass and start the party!

Add 1/2 gallon of whole milk or half& half and 1- 2lb bag of Bellagio® SippingChocolate.

Set Temp. to 65 - 70°C and turn onmachine. Let machine mix for 5 minutes.

Pour in the remaining 1/2 gallon of milkor half & half. After 30 minutes, the Bellagio®

Sipping Chocolate is ready.

Before serving, set the temperatureto 40-45°C. Each 2lb bag yields 31 delicious 4 oz. servings of Sipping Chocolate.
