Wall, ceiling, floor? One frame, three applications

beMatrix® has reinvented the art of exhibit building. beMatrix® 360° is a unique and infinitely reusable frame system. The strong, light, modular aluminum frames can be built into a unique exhibit where walls, floor and ceiling merge into a single flowing structure. Each separate frame can be used for three applications, making the system flexible and cost effective.

For both the builder and exhibitor, The beMatrix® 360° Frame System results in a quick and easy assembly without tools. The complete integration of walls, floors and ceilings allow new and striking effects with a wide range of finishes and coverings.

Now a single system lets you present something different and surprising at each event. Your same beMatrix® frames take any form, any look, any finish, at any time you want.

Thanks to new, innovative developments by beMatrix®, owners of existing DMK, b62® and b55 frames can now expand into floors and ceilings.

Walls

Structure & SkinFrame System

The modularity of the beMatrix® 360° Frame System will not stand in the way of your creativity. Almost any form, line or design is conceivable and easily created. It looks more like a custom build than a standard modular system.

Every wall can be made into a sturdy, yet lightweight structure. The assembly will be done without tools, resulting in faster setup and lower labor expenses.

Once built, your beMatrix® structure is ready for the finishing touches.

With a full array of accessories including shelves, doors, flatscreen supports, and LED LightScreens™, functionality is never a problem.

Now you can focus on the "skin" of your structure. Infill panels are attached using Velcro® [Ex. 1] and fabric mounts to the frames with silicone gaskets sewn into the edges of the graphic [Ex. 2]. Could not be easier! This unique, multifunctional frame design won beMatrix® the international Red Dot Design Award in 2013.

Using beMatrix® frame systems, you can create and build innovative exhibits without tools.

FloorsIt is easy to use the same modular frames and connectors to build a sturdy floor. You just need to add specially designed height-adjustable feet and reinforcing brackets to provide complete safety and comfort.

Floor to wall transitions are almost seamless. This makes unique curved or straight floor connections possible and further highlights the creative potential of The beMatrix® 360° System Solution.

Floor frames can be covered with a wide choice of materials: plywood, MDF, 6–18 mm HPL, laminate, carpeting, linoleum, artificial turf. Do note that load-bearing capacity and stability of beMatrix® floor frames is certified by an external engineering organization.

The floors can be finished off with various types of edge treatments. An excellent option is to use existing beMatrix® “cover” profiles. First walls and now floors too!

Ceilings

The walls are ready, the floors too – now you can use the same modular frames to create a ceiling. Uniform construction for a strong, clean spatial structure which stands out impressively against the traditional wood and “stick extrusion” designs often seen at trade shows and events.

In terms of strength and safety, without external “rigging”, our internal tests indicate that the frames are suitable for spans up to 6 meters (20 feet) and can carry infill panels weighing up to 8 kg/sq. meter (2 lbs/sq. foot) using commercial grade Velcro®. For a lighter and visually “seamless” finish, silicone edged graphics (SEG) may be the optimal alternative.

Ceilings connected to a single beMatrix wall typically require steel suspension cables connecting to the convention hall framework.
