Ocean Pals is responding to these changes bycreating an awareness of preserving our future through the children, their parents, andteachers using art in education in our national and international poster and digital

    MARINE CAREERSThis program is targeted towards high school juniors, seniors, and college students togive them a chance to learn about the various opportunities in the marine/maritimeworld. The program includes a variety of industry speakers covering a wide selection

    of topics such as the history of diving, underwater photo journalism, marine science andexploration, commercial diving, archeology plus other topics.

    YOUR PRIZE DONATION:Beneath The Sea is a not-for-prot, community service organization. Your donation* of merchandise orservices helps us meet our goals and will be used for prizes at a number of BTS events throughout theshow. All donations will be listed in the BTS Program Book and publicized at the show.

    cOntract/aGrEEMEnt1. PAYMENT:A mnmum $700 pst or eac space must be paid with thisapplication up to Dec. 31, 2012 after which, full payment is requiredfor space. Any balance due after Jan. 1, 2013 is subject to a $50 late- payment penalty. Any balance due ater Marc 1, 2013 consti-tutes oreiture o te boot space. Any unoccupied booth spaceafter 5pm on load-in day, Friday, March 22, will be considered vacated

    unless a late-arrival notice is received and approved by BTS ehibitmanagement.

    There will be a $25 charge for returned checks or rejected credit cardpayments. Payment by wire transfer is an additional charge of $25.

    2. CANCELLATION CLAUSE:Cancellations must be received in writing. It is acknowledged that BTSand the Ehibitor will sustain certain losses in the event of cancellationafter space has been assigned. Therefore, the Ehibitor agrees to paythe following amount as liquidation damages in the event the Ehibitormust cancel its space on or within the time period specied below:

OPERATION:SUBJECT TO REMOVAL: Beneath The Sea, Inc. reseres the rightto refuse rental of space, cancel and/or evict any ehibitor wherethe display of goods, services or operation of the booth or conductis deemed objectionable or otherwise not compatible with thegeneral character and/or its objectives. BTS will not be liable forrefunding space and/or equipment ecept at its own discretion.

    Retail Sales with deliery at the show or at any site on the HarmonMeadow campus of equipment used for scuba life support is notpermitted. Such equipment as computers, tanks, regulators, rebreathers.Pickup at the buyers retail store is recommended.

    Taes: Collection and Payment of any State or Local Sales Taes is the

    responsibility of the ehibitor. NJ Ta Hot line: 1-609-588-2200.Boots sall be open and staed during scheduled show hours.

    Sales or promotion outside of the ehibitors booth is not allowed.

    Visual & audio levels must be operated as to not inconvenienceneighboring ehibitors.

    Boot set-up/construction must not bloc the iew or otherwiseinterfere or intrude upon neighboring ehibitors.

    6. USE OF SPACE:BTS management reserves the right, should any rented ehibitorsspace remain unoccupied on the opening day of the show or shouldany space be forfeited due to failure to make proper payment, torent said space to any other ehibitor, or use said space in any othermanner, but this clause shall not be construed as affecting the obligationof the ehibitor to pay the full amount specied in his/her invoice for

    space rental.

    Sublettin or space-sarin: The ehibitor shall not assign, sublet,or apportion the whole or any part of the space assigned, or haverepresentative, equipment or materials from rms other than his/herown in the ehibit space without prior written consent and payment ofpremium fee of $600.

    7. FiRe, SAFeTY ANd heAlTh ReGUlATioNS:The ehibitor agrees to comply with local, city and state laws, ordi-nances and regulations and the regulations of the ehibit hall and/orBTS management covering re, safety, health and all other matters. Allehibit equipment and materials will be reasonably located within thebooth and protected by safety guards and devices where necessary.Only reproof materials should be used in displays and all necessary re

    precautions must be taken by ehibitor. No smoking inside the ehibithall.

    8. LIABILITY ExCLUSION:Show management will employ guards and will take reasonable precau-tion to safeguard the ehibitors property. However, show managementwill not be liable for loss or damage to the property of the ehibitor orhis/her representatives or employees from theft, re, accident or anyother cause beyond its control. Ehibitor agrees to save the ehibithall owner, employees and BTS show management and/or their agentsand employees free and harmless of and from all claim, demands,damages and liability of whatsoever kind and character asserted byany person or persons on account of any loss or damage to propertyor injury to or death of any persons occurring upon or about the leasedpremises arising out of the use of the leased premises by ehibitor.

    9. INSURANCE:The ehibitor must provide complete property damage, publicliability and personal injury insurance during the course of the showincluding naming Beneath The Sea, Inc. as additional named insured.The ehibitor warrants that by signing this contract he has compliedspecically with the insurance requirements of this contract.

    10. LABOR:I and wen union labor is required because o Meadow-lands Eposition Center - SMg requirements te eibitorarees to comply wit te union rules.

    11. INABILITY TO PERFORM:If show management should be prevented from holding the Eposi-
